What could I say, this location of Hilton Garden Inn has been our go to for our family and family coming out of state to enjoy Disneyland or the beach area. Staff from the front desk all the way to the kitchen staff have been helpful, nice, professional. Divina has been very helpful with any questions or concerns we have during our current stay and previous stays. Once again thank you.

Carlos did a great job helping us with breakfast. Friendly guy to talk to, and wished us off every morning. He always had a smile on his face.

I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Vindy, who truly made my morning. She provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. Warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Vindy checked in just the right amount, made sure everything was perfect, and had such a positive attitude that it instantly made the breakfast feel more enjoyable. She was quick, efficient, and knowledgeable about the menu, and you can tell she really cares about giving guests a great experience. It’s rare to find someone who balances professionalism and kindness so naturally, but Vindy absolutely does.
