This was an incredible place to stay!! Very professional & warm staff, clean room, & amazing breakfast! Big thank you to Allen Tran who was the best server ever! All the staff were amazing, I just didn’t have names. Thank you Hilton Garden Inn for a wonderful stay!

Hotel is nice & clean. Everyone is very professional & helpful. Khalid was very kind to us. Our waiter for breakfast, Allen, was super friendly & accommodating! He made our visit wonderful. He deserves a raise.

Allen was awesome as was the rest of the breakfast team. Very attentive and kept checking on us to make sure we didn’t need anything.

Outstanding Service Every Time My family and I have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Anaheim/Grove three or more times, and there is a reason we keep coming back. The hotel is always clean, comfortable, and conveniently located for our Disneyland trips, but what truly makes this property stand out is its exceptional staff. A special thank you to Divina, the night auditor. After a long day at the parks, it was always a pleasure returning to the hotel and being greeted by her smiling face. No matter how late it was, she was always happy, welcoming, and genuinely seemed glad to see guests returning for the evening. On our most recent stay, we arrived back at the hotel after 1:00 a.m. and requested a late checkout since checkout was at noon. She graciously accommodated our request and allowed us to check out at 1:00 p.m. Her kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude made our stay that much more enjoyable. We also want to recognize Khaud, who manages the breakfast area. What impressed us most was that he remembered our family from a previous stay. That personal touch meant a lot to us and made us feel genuinely valued as returning guests. Every morning he greeted us with a smile, made sure everything was running smoothly, and went above and beyond to create a great experience. The only thing I wish Hilton would reconsider is awarding Hilton Honors points on vacation package bookings. We stayed a total of five nights during this trip and would have loved to earn points for our stay. Unfortunately, because we booked a vacation package, points were not awarded. That is certainly not the fault of the hotel or its staff, and it did not impact the quality of our experience. At the end of the day, employees like Divina and Khaud are the reason we remain loyal to the Hilton brand. Their outstanding hospitality turns a good hotel stay into a great one and keeps us coming back year after year. Thank you both for consistently making our family feel at home. We can’t wait for our next stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Anaheim/Grove.

The hotel was great! The room was clean, check-n process was easy, and it was in a pretty nice location. The sun doesn't get much sun after 4pm which was a bummer, since I was working during the day, but other than that, it was a great place. The beds were comfortable, in-room coffee available, and walking to the store or food was convenient. Also, a nice fitness center!
