Amazing experience, clean rooms, extra towels, quiet considering how close to the road the hotel is. Staff was nice and helpful. Great experience we will be back!

The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and accommodating once again! Joel and Khal at the restaurant were fantastic and made us feel welcomed and appreciated. They all make us want to return as soon as possible. Definitely our favorite Hilton property in Orange County!!!

I had a wonderful time at this hotel!!! I have NO complaints. The hotel smells amazing and feels exceptionally clean when you walk in. The staff was very kind and helped me right away at check-in. My room was very clean, quiet, and had a very comfortable bed. The location was great and close to many places. The sheets were soft and CLEAN, the pillows were fluffy, and the bathrooms was spotless. The only thing I wished they had was a jacuzzi but that's okay. I also want to personally thank the Assitant General Manager, Wilson Hasiholan, for going above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable by taking care of a situation that was out of my control. His kindness and attention to detail made a big difference in making my time here so special. I cant wait to come back ?? again!!! Diana

Overall the stay was great. Front desk agent Adele was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Housekeeping is every other day so if you need clean towels ask and they can accommodate. They also folded my sons blankets and arranged his stuffed animals for him. It was awesome. Location is around various stores and places to eat. The pool and gym were some added bonuses pre park and post. The shower curtain did make it so the shower leaked into the hall a bit so that wasn’t the best. Can’t beat the value though. Harbor lane is a one shot road so you’ll hear some cars revving their engines but it’s kinda cool. The tall manager seems kinda grumpy but that may just come with the job of running a tight ship as the place is extremely clean and well kept. Great stay would again.
