Fantastic hotel within walking distance from Disneyland! Professional and friendly service, room was serviced every day. Walking distance to a CVS, Walgreens, Coffee Bean, ART station, restaurants which is clutch for family Disneyland trip. We were upgraded to a high floor room with a balcony and were able to watch the fireworks from the comfort of our room which was amazing. Zero complaints!

Tomy at Savor was wonderful server! Kind and efficient, made my meal enjoyable. Tomy paced the meal well for me as a solo diner. Would definitely come back!

Excellent stay. Fredy at the lobby was outstanding—professional, attentive, and always with a great attitude. Caesar and Victoria provided excellent service as well: friendly, responsive, and genuinely caring. Overall, great attention to detail and a very welcoming experience. Highly recommended.

We came for a visit to Disneyland and chose the Sheridan Park for a stay. Walter the valet welcomed us, and took care of the car and luggage. Carina was helpful in orienting us to all available on property. She acknowledged our Marriott platinum tier, and offered us lounge access and other perks it offers. The hotel had on site food service, and everything needed and wanted for a nice vacation. The room was extremely comfortable and had all the amenities we like, including a balcony looking over the pool. We had access to the lounge, which provided a lovely breakfast each day, as we would go out the door to Disneyland. We also enjoyed snacks there, on the first evening a nice rice and chicken dish along with condiments thanks to Cesar & Victor & Victoria for creating a very welcoming environment! The NAMM conference was going on with several events, the hotel handled all that was happening very well while providing guests a pleasant stay.

I love this hotel. I have been staying here for 2decades every January for the NAMM show. From the valet, concierge, bellman and front desk staff everyone is very accommodating friendly and professional. Big shout out to the Sheraton Club Lounge staff, Especially Victoria! Victoria is an amazing person who really helps to lighten the mood and make the lounge an enjoyable experience. I can't wait to return to my Winter home in January 2027 :)
