Amazing staff, bare necessities in the rooms
Shance L (New York) on Feb 17, 2026
Fun themed hotel with extremely friendly staff, the rooms themselves were not too big and only had the bare necessities but there was a store in the hotel that had everything you'd need for reasonable prices. The food was decent but it can get busy in the dining hall.
Average at best

I’m always amazed at how people rate hotels, this is definitely a very average hotel. Kinda reminds me of a Holiday Inn. Pros:Room was clean, on sight food was okay, pool was a nice size, free parking. Cons: Very thin walls, some of the employees were grumpy, needs fresh paint and updating. Not terrible, but nothing special either.
Solo trip

I’ve just returned from a solo trip to all star movies. Check in was very busy, but when I got to the front I had a lovely lady who checked me in. She said I had been upgraded to a preferred room. Which was great as I was only there 1 night. The room seemed clean, but on closer inspection, there were what looked like blood stains on the floor. The bathroom was very tired looking. But the shower was ok. The room didn’t have a hairdryer, so I couldn’t wash my hair. The bed was very comfy. Which was great after spending the after hours event at Hollywood studios. The food court was very large. But I always found a place to sit & eat. The pool looked great. But the weather was too cold for me to go swimming! I would stay here again for the convenience.
Returning guests… and we will be back!

We loved this place that much we returned for a second stay! The vibe just outmatches all the deluxe resorts for sure, that includes Grand Floridian, Boardwalk etc etc. When you think Disney Bubble this is it for us. The theming, the cast members , rooms cleaned every other day, are all part of why we return. Rooms are plenty big enough for 2 adults and a family , clean, buses are like every 14 minutes to wherever you need to be. The pools are great although we didn’t use them this trip we have before. The food court is well stocked and meals on offer had a good variety although we preferred a bus to springs and parks for food. We will absolutely be returning in the future, it feels like home to us now.
Convenient Disney "Budget" Hotel

I went there with my spouse and 3 kids. We loved the theme and decoration. Breakfast was on the high side but you are paying the Disney tax. Rooms where colorful and overall OK. A bit pricey but again, it is the mouse tax. Great free shuttles to the parks and Disney Springs.
