Convenient Disney "Budget" Hotel

Jason W on Dec 02, 2025

I went there with my spouse and 3 kids. We loved the theme and decoration. Breakfast was on the high side but you are paying the Disney tax. Rooms where colorful and overall OK. A bit pricey but again, it is the mouse tax. Great free shuttles to the parks and Disney Springs.

Great stay

The5Woodsys (Liverpool, United Kingdom) on Nov 24, 2025

Loved the hotel, we stayed in the Toy Story area after paying for the preferred area we stayed for 14 nights so the extra cost was about £500 for that room, I personally wouldnt pay again for a preferred room, we walked round the whole site looking for pixie dust on doors which was one of the highlights of our stay! We enjoyed putting pixie dust on our door and my son loved to find them!

Great stay at Disney All star Movies

Pamela G (Nathrop, Colorado) on Nov 20, 2025

Comfortable hotel room, plenty of room for both of us. Checking in and out was a breeze on the Disney app. The movie decorations were amazing. Reasonable rates.

A great place to stay

fiona n (London, England) on Oct 31, 2025

I am super fussy. I am the guest that takes a black light into a dark hotel room to check for bed bugs and stains. I have been to this hotel several times and other hotels on the property, but I always come back here and am never disappointed. Our room was immaculate as always. I didn't want housekeeping as I do my own cleaning but each time I asked for towels, they came within 5 minutes. Housekeeping took our rubbish away and kept asking us if we needed anything. Everything in the room was in good order. Shower is a bit weedy but I know they turned the pressure down to preserve water. The Murphy bed has sharp corners when it's down, but I was prepared this time and took a pool noodle cut in half and taped it over the corners. We always pay for a Preferred room and ask for Toy Story. I did hear next door's door slam really early several times, but they were just inconsiderate. Otherwise, we weren't disturbed. I don't think the room is thst small. It used to be fine for when we were 3, now we are 2 and a wheelchair, I don't notice much difference. No one is speding huge amounts of time in their room: there is too much to do elsewhere. If one gets up at the crack of dawn( I do the laundry. Super convenient, by the way, but you now need a mobile to scan a Q code to make the machines work. Even a techno-idiot like me got it to work each time), you would see the whole pool area, chairs, tables get power -washed everyday before the pool opens at 10. They have 3 life guards on duty all day until either 9 or 10pm. The shop is one of the best on property I think. The Food court has the refills for the mugs and both fresh and prepackaged food. They have the divine Mickey cinammon buns and half way through our visit, the cream cheese pastries reappeared. The food is edible. Even if you are a vegetarian like me or on low-fat like my companion. There are hundreds of other places to eat if you don't like what's on offer. Pasta is ok, the pizza is very good. We had a large and warmed up the leftovers in the microwave the next day. They have salad, veggie burgers, normal burgers, fish and vegetables. It's basic, but edible. Portion sizes are fine: we actually only buy one and share, so I think they are very generous for one person. Only gripe I have is the coffee creamer is gross. Used to be half and half. I had already decided to take my own milk frother that was microwave safe because my companion has a cholesterol issue. So I bought a small milk carton daily and used the microwave to get nice frothy coffee each time. If you go to the Boardwalk, they have oat milk, half and half and normal milk at the refill stand. No comment!!!!?? We had no problems with the buses and hardly had to wait either at the hotel or on the way back. Had help with the luggage twice with very friendly cast members. In fact everyone was unfailingly friendly and cheerful.
