We love the all star resorts! The location is great, the car parking is easy access to your room, the housekeeping is spotless and the pools have quiet zones. We recently stayed in the AKL savanna room and it wasn’t what I expected at all! There was music … pitbull blasting from the pool which we thought would be relaxing! Turns out the all star is more relaxing! The rooms are basic but so is AKL with 1 extra being a small 2 seater dining table. The all star has a bath too!

This only has one star because of the lovely staff in reception. The hotel is absolutely awful. The room was dark, dingy, depressing and unfit for a family of four. The food court offers dreadful food. We transferred to another Disney hotel after an hour. Anyone happy with this hotel must have very low expectations.

We got a "preferred room" which was adequate and great value for money (being a third of the price of a Deluxe Disney Resort that we stayed at the previous week). It was a bit basic and the lack of a kettle and USB-C port did let it down as these are usually a given in any modern hotel! It made it very hard to make baby food etc. The housekeeping was hit and miss and the bed was never changed. The pool is good. If you just want a base to visit Disney Resorts it is very good. There are free buses very regularly. The staff are excellent. I dealt with a girl called "Journey" on reception who was amazing and gave so mad helpful tips about Disney. The food onsite is cheap (for Disney prices) and is of decent quality too. I would stay again.

I have just checked out of the hotel after staying for two weeks with my husband, daughter, son-in-law and 5 year old Grandson. We were in adjoining rooms (2922/2923) in Mighty Ducks, overlooking the car park. Although we could hear our family in the next room, we couldn’t hear the other side. The room and rest of hotel were spotlessly clean and food was lovely. Staff were very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend and will definitely stay again.
