Worst hotel and Clara was very rude and would not help what so ever we had spoke to another person and they at least checked but will never book hotel again

We stayed for 10 days while visiting the parks. We were upgraded on arrival and were delighted with the suite. The location is perfect. 10-15 minutes from any of the parks and has good restaurants in walking distance. Suite was dated but perfect for stay. We did have cockroach problem but reported and was sorted immediately. Pool was great too, not too busy. Would stay again.

Lovely hotel. booked for around a week with family, and had a great experience. nice pool with a coffee shop inside the hotel, room was clean and spacious, and staff were all lovely. right across the road was a wawa store and various food areas/ other stores in a small walking distance. would book again!

Stayed as family of four in a One bed king suite. It has a sofa bed in the living room and a king bed. The place is very nicely made and kept really well. Breakfast is provided by Starbucks. Location is very scenic but not on the main but easily accessible by Uber. We spotted 2 cockroaches in the living area which I think was an isolated incident. All the staff was very helpful and pleasant and a real asset for this establishment. They block $150 as incidentals which they said would be released in due course. It's been 4 days since I checked out but haven't got them back yet. Location 3.5/5 Staff 5/5 Breakfast 5/5 Bed 4/5 (sofa bed need improvement) Cleanliness 4/5 (although we smacked a roach)

What a lovely place to stay. Close to a supermarket, restaurants and shops. Not far from tour pick up point. The unit is very much like an apartment. Towels were changed every second day, but coffee (dripfilter) was not replenished - we brought some filterpapers and coffee from the supermarket. The kitchen was well appointed, and while there is a dishwasher, sink detergent was provided but there was no plug or tea towel (let front office know as we were leaving) Not being familiar with the chain, our agent booked this - take care: there are multiple Sonestas in Orlando
