First time staying on IDrive.. never again. We arrived without knowing about a $250 deposit upon arrival so make sure you budget for this if you are staying here as it’s a high amount, feel like we was mis sold this accommodation due to a due factors including this. The offer a coach to the park… at the worst hours so unlikely you will ever use the return coach.. so again just another way to get you there but not delivering… We decided to use Lyft service everyday as opposed to the early park exit on the coaches… they don’t tell you large prams also cannot be accommodated on the coaches. There is the Ole Red bar across the road so try to ask for a room not facing that as you won’t get any sleep between Thursday and Sunday. You need to ask for spare towels and toilet roll as these are not left for you. L If you are planning a tip try to stay on Disney for Universal.

We had three rooms here for 14 days and apart from breakfast we didn’t use the kitchen that much The Rooms were clean on arrival and the beds were all good Found the pool area good and was welcomed after a long days at various parks Did find it strange that Room Service making of beds was only twice per week We would stay here again and it’s much better than when we stayed 20 years ago

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The problems started at check-in, which was incredibly slow. After waiting far too long, we were given the keys to our room only to discover that it hadn’t even been cleaned. The room was dirty, unmade, and clearly not ready for guests. It is unacceptable that a hotel would assign a room in that condition. After going back to the front desk, we were moved to another room. Unfortunately, the second room smelled bad from the moment we walked in, making the stay even more unpleasant. On top of that, the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get any decent rest. This hotel falls far below basic hospitality standards. A clean, prepared room should be the absolute minimum, yet they failed to deliver even that. The poor room condition, unpleasant odor, uncomfortable beds, and disorganized check-in process made this stay a complete disappointment. I would never stay here again and would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you expect cleanliness, comfort, and competent service.

We spent two weeks here March 2026, and had an excellent stay, we had two bedroom suite which was absolutely fantastic, very clean and had everything we needed for our stay, plenty of storage, fully equipped kitchen, huge fridge / freezer, had an hairdryer in each room, a safe everything and more you would need for your stay. Onsite had washing facilities lots off seating areas to chill out, there was a Starbucks coffee onsite which unfortunately was only open until 11am, it would of been great if it did open other times in the day. Lovely pool which we always got a sunbed at different times of the day. Within walking distance was a Waiwa, One Dollar a Wallgreen and lots of restaurants. Big shout out to all the staff, on reception, the cleaners, who were fantastic and friendly. I would highly recommend staying at Sonesta Suites and I would definitely stay again.

I am there 3 days feel ok. Only the way I don’t like no washer and dryer in the room which very inconvenient for who living like 3 floors and even we go down basement employee told me like no key for the washer we can’t wash !!! Parking is $15+tax every day we had two cars charged for 95.88 that’s way expensive!! You should letting us know exactly every day or one time charged too mush. We paid room fee like 720 for 3 days already!
