The Sonesta ES in Lake Buena Vista Orlando is fabulous!. I'm very picky, and have never felt so good in a hotel as in this one. Actually, it feels like a worry free and fun home, not a hotel. Impeccable, gorgeous, brand new everything, suites are set-up like a home, with everything that guests need. Outside, there are areas for all tastes, and no one is left out. Peaceful, comfortable, and luxurious environment with gorgeous furniture, pools and landscaping. As to the staff, they're also a breath of fresh air. To the wonderful members that I've had some contact with, Bill, Rob, Julieta, Angela and Rose, I appreciate they're positive energy and helpfuness. They're all very professional and at the same time, friendly and courteous...true diplomats. Being here is literally a therapy. The location is also the best, with walking distance useful stores and good dining.

???10/10 hotel, would stay here again in a heartbeat.??? The hotel was very clean, fresh and well kept. The gardens and pool are looked after really well. The pool is a beautiful temp being warm and great that it's open until 10pm. We were very kindly upgraded to a 2 bed apartment after arriving as we had two very tall teenagers with us and the guy felt we would be cramped in a 1 bed. This was so so appreciated and made out stay brilliant having the extra space. The room was serviced daily, we had clean towels everyday and beds changed twice in the 14 days we were there. The kitchen amenities are great especially the ice machine and the free use of the safe was great too. We didn't utilise the transport as $35 dollars one way was expensive when Uber was approx 10-15 dollars. Really great supermarket Winn Dixie across the road which we used often for breakfast food and water. The air con was great and helpful we could adjust it. The staff were all really friendly and polite and we would definitely return to this hotel in the future. Thanks for a great stay. The Matthews' family 19th aug -2nd sept. ???????????

We recently stayed at sonesta ES Suites lake buena vista and we had a fabulous time. The place is extremely clean and cannot recommend enough. We stayed in a king-size 2 bedrooms apartment and it was furnished with everything we needed. The swimming pool is open from 9am till 10pm which was an added bonus to be able to relax in after a day at the parks. We made full use of the BBQ area and the relaxing furniture in the pool area to chat and have a drink. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our time here. Check in went smoothly, the room was ready and clean and a really good layout for a family of 4 (children aged 9 and 12!). Towels were changed regularly along with a basic clean (housekeeping (super friendly and helpful!) were a little over zealous on occasion with ‘rubbish removal’ and could maybe just stick to taking what’s in the bins!), and bedding changed twice in 2 weeks. Air conditioning kept us lovely and cool and could be adjusted. The resort has recently been refurbished, though there were elements that could have been done better (handles on kitchen units, shower heads etc obviously not replaced!). Would definitely recommend a pool view, otherwise you would literally just see the car park from the window. Swimming pool was enjoyed by all, though I would imagine it could get very busy during peak season when the resort is at capacity! Towels were available, but did seem to run out quickly and could be replenished sooner. Location was good for us, but we did have a car and like to explore! Car parking was plentiful and never had trouble getting a space. Check out was easy and the money held on my card at check in was returned swiftly.

I checked in on August 10, 2026, and I can honestly say this is a wonderful property. The scent in the lobby is absolutely breathtaking, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I had the privilege of meeting some amazing staff members. Julie Gruenthal, the General Manager, and Jeff Groth are two of the most wonderful people I have ever met. They truly make you feel at home and go above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay. If you’re visiting the Lake Buena Vista area, this is definitely the property you’ll want to stay at. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and the hotel is only about 10 minutes from Walt Disney World. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.
