I am there 3 days feel ok. Only the way I don’t like no washer and dryer in the room which very inconvenient for who living like 3 floors and even we go down basement employee told me like no key for the washer we can’t wash !!! Parking is $15+tax every day we had two cars charged for 95.88 that’s way expensive!! You should letting us know exactly every day or one time charged too mush. We paid room fee like 720 for 3 days already!

I've got mixed feelings about this place. The location is great in reference to the Disney parks. You're back in like 15 minutes. The value for larger groups is there too. Price per night for a two bedroom that sleeps 6-7 is good. However we chose this place due to the fact it had a kitchen. We don't like eating out all the time when we're on vacation. We typically like to grill. This place is a bit larger but they only have one grill and you have to make a reservation. These reservation slots are good for 2 hours. Why? Get in and cook your meat and get out. Let someone else use the grill. They need to invest in more grills for a place this size. Their housekeeping is a bit aggressive in tossing out your things. We had a few things tossed out that we had to go out and buy.

Sonesta ES Suites Orlando Lake Buena Vista. The hotel charges a daily fee for parking, which is approximately $15.00 plus tax per day.

Worst hotel and Clara was very rude and would not help what so ever we had spoke to another person and they at least checked but will never book hotel again

We stayed for 10 days while visiting the parks. We were upgraded on arrival and were delighted with the suite. The location is perfect. 10-15 minutes from any of the parks and has good restaurants in walking distance. Suite was dated but perfect for stay. We did have cockroach problem but reported and was sorted immediately. Pool was great too, not too busy. Would stay again.
