We really enjoyed our stay here at Dreams!!!! The food, ambience, and staff were impeccable. It made us feel as if we had the comforts of home and world class luxury. My favorite experience at the resort by far was at the Seaside Restaurant. The staff: Orlando, Juliana, and Maritza were incredibly hospitable and provided us the most excellent services. My mother truly enjoyed her birthday celebration, and we couldn't give any higher remarks for the perfection they provided us. Thank you!!!

Staff at bars and restaurants very helpful and work hard, Problem with checkin/out staff Because of a late flight on day of leaving asked for late check out (2:30Pm) advised original they would accomodate for $50 dollars and be able to keep room until that time On day on check out after paying the $50 advised had to be out of room by 12 noon and the $50 was just for the use of the resort for little over 2 hours Not impressed

The hotel facilities are definetely quite outdated with historical marks everywhere. Amd the sound-proof is bad, I can here clearly the sound from upper level anytime. Also, be aware of the UVC presentation, hold your cc tight. Do not sign the contract until you are 200% sure that it is worthwhile. After signing, you will have a really hard time to get your money back.

Zancheliano in the lobby was the best bartender I have ever experienced at any hotel, remembers everybody drink, kindest individual and made my friends experience 100 times better!!

Great resort for couples and families. Very friendly staff, especially zanches and the lobby bar staff. Resort is quite close to the Panama canal. Recommend transferro for tours and transport.
