Iveth was our server abd she was wonderful. She is very caring and thoughtful. She was very knowledgeable about the restaurants and helped us with scanning the menus. She is an asset to your resort. This was my first time at Dreams and the property is well maintained and everyone was very nice and very helpful. I will definitely visit this property again and I will tell all my friends and family about my experience with Dreams!!!

My experience at the dream resort was excellent, it was my first time at the resort . The service in general was very professional and excellent customer service. Specially Iveth,very professional. friendly , she spoke English very well made communication very easy, Specially since was my first time in Panama. I will definitely recommend my friends to visit this beautiful resort.

Hi all - I chose Dreams Playa Bonita as a loyal Hyatt member. This Hyatt branded resort was unique in that I never stayed at an all-inclusive under this brand. Choosing this resort was the worst mistake I’ve ever made, and I travel ALOT. I contracted E. Coli - lab confirmed! I stayed there in April weekend to weekend. By midweek, I got really sick. I thought it would pass after a couple days, but all it did was get worse. It was when I got home, still feeling very sick, when I decided to go to an urgent care clinic. That’s when lab tests confirmed my E. Coli infection. I never left the property for those thinking I might have contracted this elsewhere. Not once during my entire stay. All meals, drinks, etc. was taken there. As Saturday was my departure back home, I decided to leave a day early to get back into town. I raised this with management, all they did was return my points for my unused night, and they attempted to use that as a courtesy for what happened to me. I wouldn’t want anyone to experience what I experienced. It felt like they just wanted to whole thing to go away and not address my requests for a food safety review, pay for my medical costs, addressing my complaint. Hyatt’s Consumer Affairs was copied on my escalations but even with that I got ghosted. I wish I read a review like that I’m writing now so I would have avoided this property altogether. And any review with “E. Coli” in there, do yourself a favor and avoid it, whether it’d be hotel, restaurant etc. book elsewhere.

The wait/bar staff is the biggest asset to this resort. We greatly appreciate the kindness and helpfulness of the staff

Not what I expected for Dreams or Hyatt. It needs to be updated. Beach has lots of rocks so be careful. Theres only 2 bartenders for all the guests, takes too long to get s drink.
