This was my first time at this Dreams Resort. I have stayed at other Dreams Resorts in Mexico and this did not live to the caliber of the Dreams Brand. A disappointment…

Stunning property with a large variety of amenities all available in an "all-inclusive" format which adds to comfort and ease. Staff and service providers were attentive above and beyond, friendly and eager to assist in all requests. As a guest of a family member that holds the club membership, I do not have visibility as to the cost, but observing other guests at the resort it would appear the pricing is within a reasonable range for a luxury resort. There were many families with small children. As a club member itinerary we also had access to an adult only pool area that was quieter, along with other preferred areas for club members. We had an outstanding experience!

We really enjoyed our anniversary trip here! Overall the staff was great, especially Luis, Orlando, Roxanna, and Ruben in the VIP pool area. We really liked our dinners at Bordeaux and Oceana and the food was good. The beach is nice and the shows are amazing! The location is good and not too far from downtown and Casco Viejo. This Dreams, however, did not give us the same impression as the ones in Mexico. It is extremely dated. The lobby, hallways, and pool grounds need to be renovated. It was hard to get our full set of daily towels and no one picks up the phone. Thankfully we were able to order room service using the QR code.

The resort is nice. There were kids being kids just fyi. We were in the private pool area so much better. The bartenders were awesome!!! Shout out to Edward and Kevin. They greeted us with what we like to drink ready to go. Also great were either Lauranne or AnnaLaura and Ruben.

Dreams Playa Bonita is a very beautiful place that is well kept and cared for. The staff are friendly and responsive and the service is great. My only disappointment was the beach because the flags were up for the entire week with no access to anyone to give more information as to when the beach would be fit to swim. The pool seemed to be a big hit with guess but I am not a pool guy.
