Overall excellent experience. The location is great view area, there is nothing else other than Westin hotel. Because the all inclusive, no need to worry about drinking and eating. Even if the hotel may be a full, you don't feel it at all in areas like in the pools and surroundings.The hotel is very clean and organized. Only one complain is that the noise of the hallway outside the room. Other than that we would love to stay again.

This was a great place for my son to celebrate his 16th birthday!! The rooms were clean and the room service was top notch. The location was in great proximity to various shopping locations, and excursions. Will definitely go back.

Day 1 the phone didnt work and there was a flashing light in the room. Went to front desk and complained and the phone was never fixed. Couldnt use room service . When asked the front desk they said they were not concerned. Day 2 suddenly NO WATER for more than two hours. Phone still NOT fixed. Asked to speak to the manager but was turned down. Was not given the welcome gift. Had to ask many times and then finally a tote bag was provided for the beach. The rooms look old. Need for some serious renovation.

The entertainment made the trip there were quite a few day and evening activities! Alexandra’s personality made you smile and want to participate in it all! The grounds were beautiful along with the pools etc. if you are looking for modern updated rooms ambience this does not have it. If you are a preferred member there wasn’t a lot of the extra feel.
