The staff from maintenance to servers were all so personable and kind. Tens across the board. The biggest issue our party of ten had were the rooms all smelled of mildew. No surprise there since we are in a rainforest. But the mosquitoes, the small ones you can't see, were monsters! Days later and I am still scratching!

While the location is a bit remote from the city and a good distance from the airport. It was a great value for our travel group, clean, and with good service, The food was great and there were many locations in and outside of the resort to visit with our friends.

The hotel was a little drive away from the city. Uber was convenient and reliable also inexpensive. The hotel was very quiet the grounds was well kept and beautiful.the beach was not for swimming since the tides were unpredictable at times..we stayed in the preferred section which seems dated and needs updating it has a moldy smell.the view was amazing from our room which was in the Panamá canal building.bathroom shower needs updating.The bed was comfortable. Lobby and bathrooms and restaurants were always clean.. The food was ok it was the same menu ever day at tha a la Carte restaurant except for the buffet was different needs more local food choices.however the staff at the restaurant was amazing especially at Oceana. Restaurant thanks to Orlando, Velkis and Tiffany for making our stay enjoyable by making us feel at home,also the hostess at Portofino restaurant for surprising us with a anniversary cake in a beautiful decorated plate which made us feel very special.Not forgetting Nataly,David and all the other staff at the buffet restaurant.All in all the staff was very welcoming and friendly in every department.The front desk staff ,Our concierge and the restaurant manager Sylvia was awesome.I almost forget there is a lot of chitras which are little flies at the poolside and beach area in the evenings. Bring mosquito repellent.

I was sexually assaulted by the a staff member and the director swept it under the rug. Would not call th police nor provide me with the documents

The staff at Dreams Panama were the best part of our stay. They were friendly, very helpful and they went above and beyond assist my husband and I when he was injured during an excursion.
