Golf trip with the guys. Fantastic resort. Out caddie Lorenzo was the best. If you want a great caddy make sure to ask for Lorenzo. Our cook Geisala and butler Louis in VVo67 were fantastic. I hope the reports recognizes what excellent employees these two are

This is now our fourth time in Casa de Campo. The beaches and weather are beautiful, but what makes us feel at home and wanting to return are truly the people. We always feel welcome, at home, and extremely attended too. This trip we were two families and started in a villa. We decided to stay an additional few days and moved to Premiere. From the start our concierge Alejandro greeted us with a smile and made the process extremely easy. He was always there and available even on his day off to make sure every request and need was met. Unfortunately there were some system errors that erased all our activities and reservations. While it did cause a bit of confusion and delay, Alejandro worked tirelessly to ensure it was corrected and that we were made whole. It was completely out of his control and non the less he took full responsibility. He checked in on us constantly and all was well thanks to his hands on determination. Our reservations were kept in tack and he worked behind the scenes to make sure we were not affected. When we arrived at the villa both Alejandro and Nilsia, our villa support, waited with smiles and open arms. They were such a pleasure and so helpful. They were truly the hardest part to leave from our stay at the villa. Breakfast was delicious and they were there for anything and everything we needed. The other family that traveled with us are big hockey fans. Nilsia and Alejandro celebrated our USA Olympic win which we watched in the villa. Such a great time. Two of us requested a special coffee every morning be delivered and Kelvin was on time everyday, once again with a smile and wishing us well. One morning he brought us a special sweet, he did not know, but he brought the most delicious chocolate covered strawberries in a box, that is how my husband proposed to me 25 years ago this year. That was so special. When we departed the villa to our premiere suites, it was a seamless transfer and were welcomed by Joan and Katherine. They made the rest of our stay just as special. Along with the staff at the lounge and at breakfast at Lago. Everyone was amazing. At the entrance of the lounge the gentlemen were always making sure we had rides, asking if we needed reservations anywhere. Even on a very busy night, they got us a ride when it was a difficult time and was not previously reserved. All with a smile. Edward, Axel, Andres, and Euri were exceptional. We rented a boat and the staff was amazing. Michel from the hotel came with us and was such an amazing help. He made this boat trip so comfortable, easy, and fun. We saw him at the beach the next day and he was so happy to see us and was so helpful there as well. At the beach Ramon and Angel helped accommodate our big group a few times and were extremely helpful. At the pool Israel ensured our last few ours of our stay were memorable. I have missed so many wonderful people that we met and helped us. These are but a few and why we keep coming back. We are grateful to everyone for making our stay another memorable family experience that has now become tradition. Going home to plan our next trip back. Gracias Casa de Campo. You have our hearts.

The welcome to start our stay in Casa de Campo was as good it gets. Particular mention goes to Sergio, Gabriel, Manuel, Israel and Katherine at Premier Suites for their personal attention.

Roberto is the best bartender!! He took great care of our friends and was very attentive. Can’t wait to be back!!

Keyla contreras hostess is the best ever! SBG has the best drinks and food. The hotel is one of the most luxurious and their staff is amazing. Highly recommend it to anyone!
