Had a wonderful trip. Staff very friendly, especially Ludwince who was FANTASTIC! He was so kind! Our only complaint was that the hotel room was a little run down. One of the sink clogs and the bathroom door does not lock. The pool service was a little bit slow while waiting for food but it is a beautiful place to relax. The golf carts make it easy to get around the resort and adds a little adventure to your trip! The beach was beautiful and the food trucks were delicious! Overall we had a very nice stay.

Second trip to Casa this year and the experiences keep getting better and better. Have had the opportunity to stay both in the hotel and in a villa. Honestly, I have no complaints besides wishing I was able to stay longer. Five star quality on every level.

We visited during the Thanksgiving week, and Carlos and the Pool bar crew were amazing, the highlight of the trip. They offered a very nice service, and they have a good sense of humor that kept us entertained. We enjoyed the pool as well, very recommended!

Had a great family trip with extended family, 23 people! 12 adults, 11 kiddos, all inclusive package. The service was amazing, especially Benjamin at the Los Lagos restaurant. The villa was gorgeous and well maintained, and issues or questions were addressed immediately. Food was always outstanding, so many restaurant options to choose from we never got bored. If you’re a golfer, teeth of the dog golf course is a must! Our caddie Armindo was too notch and helped me play one of my best rounds this year.

The best place in the world ! For the best service on the beach you to look for Robinson or Hose they both speak English . If you have any questions Luis on front desk can help you with everything. Lago restaurant very body amazing. Rooms are very clean. Room service are perfect ??. Thank you so much for everything.
