My travel agent warned me that the hotel was not up to my standards, yet nothing could have prepared me for how awful it was. The room smelled, service levels poor, systems did not work, I will never return

This was our second stay at Casa de Campo Resort, and somehow it was even better than our first. We originally visited in August 2025 and loved it so much that we returned with our family and it turned into one of our most memorable vacations. We stayed in the Premier Suites this time, and they are absolutely worth the upgrade. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and offer stunning views of the golf course. The complimentary meals and snacks throughout the day were delicious, and the staff made every visit to the lounge feel special. A huge thank-you to Demyi and Limbert M. for their exceptional hospitality. Their kindness and attention to detail made our days brighter. We also want to recognize Jesus M., who went above and beyond to surprise my sister with a beautiful birthday cake during dinner at Causa. She was so happy and she burst out crying. It was such a thoughtful gesture and meant the world to our family. He also ensured check-in was seamless and on time. We also had wonderful transportation service from Sergio G., who drove us to La Piazzetta one evening. He was friendly, punctual, and made the ride feel like time spent with an old friend. Seeing him each day at the Premier Lounge was a highlight. The beach remains pristine and peaceful, and this trip we enjoyed the adults-only pool at Minitas Beach Club — a relaxing and stylish experience. For dining, La Casita continues to be our favorite restaurant on the property. The manager remembered us from our previous visit, and his genuine care for guests makes every meal feel special. Sharing this trip with family made it even more meaningful, and Casa de Campo exceeded every expectation. We can’t wait to return to our happy place with the people we love.

We had a grate time everyone was very pleasant and polite Sergio G was always available to help to make our staying very pleasant he was very knowledgeable of the casa the campo we felt very relax and safe and the food was very good many chooses .
