Awful customer service. Feels like a trap. Beware the seafood pasta it gave my son food poisoning

The service is the worst. It’s a shame because the resort is nice and a good location. The dive shop was great. But the rest of the staff ignore the gusts and only provide slow service when you go find them and ask twice for help. The food is mid tier at a high tier price And my son got food poisoning from the seafood pasta.

The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast included is amazing!!!!! The only downside is that we booked a room with a partial ocean view and we were in the last building and overlooked the parking lot, no ocean view whatsoever!!!! Very secure and friendly employees and the pool is also amazing!!!!
