Absolutely amazing place to visit staff is friendly accommodating very nice greet you upon arrival greet you whenever you come down to the lobby would highly recommend this hotel. I stayed there with my daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren, and we had an absolutely amazing time.

I had reserved a 2 night stay; however we couldn't check in the first night because they overbooked the rooms and no 2 queen rooms were available. Had to go somewhere else that night. Was able to check in the next day. The room was fine but no hot water in sink but the shower had hot water. They did comp my parking for the one night stay.

Nice room. Convenient and quiet neighborhood. Front desk is eager to sell parking for 26 bucks a night. Parking is available in front of the hotel for free on the street. Nice outdoor pool and heated.

This hotel has a variable cancellation policy. 1 week before my actual visit, I had to cancel the reservation. I did so within the 24 hr window, but the policy did not specify it had to be 24 hrs before 4pm. The hotel refused to remove my credit card charge for that 1st night and even refused to speak with the manager in person. The next week, during my actual visit the cancel policy was changed to 24 hrs before 6pm but did not have to use it. They also gave me a hard time about the San Diego occupancy tax exemption and did not email me a receipt after checkout like they promised. I would caution against this hotel if you think you need to delay or cancel your trip.

The grounds is well kept. Pool area was clean. Room was clean.. There was enough towels. The water was hot. Nice cozy bed!
