The grounds is well kept. Pool area was clean. Room was clean.. There was enough towels. The water was hot. Nice cozy bed!

Housekeeping needs to pay better attention. First night body wash dispenser was empty. Then on the 3rd night no wash cloths were provided. Excellent location. Reasonable price. Good breakfast. We were able to check in early. And we were upgraded. Provided restaurant suggestions which was very helpful.

Room was fine, staff was helpful and friendly. WiFi was not working in our room the last two days. Breakfast was inconsistent. 2 nights were quiet, two nights there was loud yelling outside, noise from room above us until 1:00am.

Very easy check in process and comfy rooms the bathroom fan didn’t seem like it worked and the toilets kept clogging maybe get newer ones overall great experience.

Great location! Easy access to Seaworld, San Diego Zoo, restaurants, beaches. The hotel is older BUT very clean and comfortable. Super friendly staff as well. We really enjoyed our stay!
