Horrible alot of homeless breaking into cars

This was a very disappointing stay. The hotel is currently under construction, which was not disclosed before booking and only mentioned at check-in. Our room was placed directly next to construction, making it noisy and uncomfortable. The room had multiple issues. The shower only had lukewarm water. The pullout couch was extremely uncomfortable—you could feel the springs and metal bars—and it had crumbs on it when opened. No pillows were provided for the pullout couch until we asked, and we were denied additional pillows beyond two flat ones. Only one small, worn blanket was provided, with no comforter. Parking was very limited because the garage is filled with construction equipment. The elevator was in poor condition, covered with cardboard and duct tape, and it got stuck on the second floor, forcing me to carry two 50 lb suitcases down the stairs. Overall, the lack of transparency, cleanliness, comfort, and proper accommodations made for a very frustrating experience.

Very clean and staff is very friendly, our family will definitely be back! Great breakfast!! The rooms are very large compared to alot of hotels we have stayed in the past.

Absolutely amazing place to visit staff is friendly accommodating very nice greet you upon arrival greet you whenever you come down to the lobby would highly recommend this hotel. I stayed there with my daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren, and we had an absolutely amazing time.

I had reserved a 2 night stay; however we couldn't check in the first night because they overbooked the rooms and no 2 queen rooms were available. Had to go somewhere else that night. Was able to check in the next day. The room was fine but no hot water in sink but the shower had hot water. They did comp my parking for the one night stay.
