WestJet Rewards flight benefits

Flight benefits are a set of travel privileges awarded to you as a result of achieving the Silver, Gold or Platinum tiers in your qualifying year. Flight benefits vary by tier and may include the waiving of fees for products and services, such as checked baggage and advance seat selection, and access to priority services, such as priority security screening and priority boarding, when travelling on WestJet-marketed and operated flights. Once you achieve Silver, Gold or Platinum, you'll get to keep your flight benefits for the remainder of your current qualifying year until the end of your next qualifying year. The ability to keep your Silver, Gold or Platinum tier and benefits in future years is based on your total qualifying spend in the second year and each year following. Exceptions to the validity period may apply when flight benefits are awarded on a promotional basis.
