Very disappointed at the service in this hotel,my family arrived they make them wait an isane amount of time for the checking I can understand the rooms may not be ready bit at least let them use the hotel facilities. On top of that there's no WiFi connection??? It's a 5 stars or not???
Why we keep returning to Melia Peninsular

My wife and I have been coming to Cuba for a few years. Returning to this widespread resort is like coming home. From Sonia, the cook that makes our tasty morning omelets to Rafael, the pasta chef or Rigoberto who gives 5 star service, the total experience is like being a VIP or in our case, family members. We have stayed at another resort, more modern perhaps, but I prefer nature to cement. For that reason alone, I choose Melia Peninsular. It's a more seasoned hotel with large showers and big rooms. In my opinion, the best section of beach is here after we compared. We are enjoying another 3 week stay as I write and already are looking forward to our next vacation at Melia Peninsular.
