nothing good to say about this hotel,from arrival to departure, I spend the worst 6 days of my holidays in this hotel and they ruin the beautiful time i spend all over Cuba. Everyday I had to go reception for my room door that never open with the key they provide me and everyday they told me I had to wait for the technician to arrive and I have to wait up to 5 hours to have access to my room and my stuffs. I book premium room, never receive premium service and I had to carry my luggage to my room as the bell boy refuse to do it. I should have look to an airbnb for sure. Nobody should go to this hotel, food is just as terrible as the hotel.

Melia. Very happy we are very satisfied. Magnificent vacations, a Meliá resort. Since our arrival, the girl at the reception Lianne treated us magnificently and the porter Luis Enrique took us to the room and showed us the areas of the hotel and the services. It was a dream every sunset, what a beautiful spectacle from here. I highly recommend having dinner at the Bistro restaurant, a different and delicious dinner for everyone. The girl Irmaris recommended us to have dinner at it. The entertainment on the beach in the mornings is very entertaining and fun, we had a wonderful time. The suitcase boy was very helpful, like all the young people who work here, always smiling and pleasant. The rooms are nice and the hotel is clean and healthy for everyone. The drinks at the beach bar are super delicious. In customer service they are very professional and always at the client's disposal, especially the director Dariel. The manager Gloria is very friendly and pleasant. The gardens are colorful, the gardeners gave us a tasty coconut ??, they are very hard-working. I highly recommend visiting this Meliá. Without a doubt, it was a fascinating vacation and I would always return and I will always take back many memories.
