Just about to return home from this beautiful island and thought I’d share a few of our experiences. Firstly we were diamond club so you do get a few privileges like priority bookings in the restaurants, branded drinks and separate area of the pool and beach though only separated by a piece of rope. Meals are good with plenty of choice though sadly in some of the al a carte restaurants they did run out of some food, restaurant staff sadly do seem a little disinterested though plenty of staff about the resort, all really friendly, plenty of staff around the pool/beach and constantly asking if they can get you a drink. We visited the gym to do a few classes which were great and the daily aquafit was some of the best we’ve ever done, big shout out to Shaq, Jamalynn and Shannon. The vibe team are great fun with lots of energy morning and night with a special mention to Richie and Shomuie and Maliki who took us on a tour up fort barrington, fab views but need to wear trainers as it’s steep! The evening entertainment was really good too. We went on a boat trip booked through nexus in house which was a brilliant day extreme cruise and the guides Desmond, Mark and Kimba were very helpful and knowledgeable, we snorkelled and swam with stingrays all safe The rooms were cleaned daily and fridge restocked daily too, they were constantly working painting and making improvements during our stay. All in all we had a great stay, this is the 3rd Royalton we’ve stayed at and all the same probably not the 5 star they advertise but a very good 4+ stars though on saying that we would love to return someday.

We had a great time at the Royalton this past spring break! The beach was stunning and the staff was amazing. We especially loved our hike with Maliki and Cristina was so helpful with planning our excursion! Shamoye, Maliki and the whole vibe team were so much fun. Hope to return again!

I had a great stay at the Royalton. Earl and Zoe made our stay even better and was there whenever we had a question or concern. They made us feel comfortable and paid close attention and anticipated our needs before we knew what they were. I would recommend and stay there again because of the service we received. Thank you both!

Our week long stay was perfect. We payed for Diamond Club and it was well worth it. Our butler made all our reservations for the specialty restaurants which was much appreciated(no line-ups). She checked in every day to see if she could assist us in any way.Snacks(pringles, lay chips and M&Ms were replaced every day.) Our room was cleaned every day, the room itself was spotless, comfy beds and pillows.Sure the pool had a few chips in the tile but We weren't worried, We were in Paradise. The beach was spectacular although I needed help exciting the Ocean as it dropped to deep water a few feet in and I had just gone thru knee surgery.(It was not a big issue) There was no Sargassum. The buffet was fine, not a lot of variety but good food and pastries. We enjoyed our stay, and will miss the albatross, humming birds, whistling frogs and Mongoose. T. OBrien Mississauga

We went to the Royalton on our honeymoon and it was by far the best decision we made. All the staff were so attentive to our needs, they even made sure to mention we were celebrating our honeymoon at every occasion. We enjoyed a wonderful spa day which was so worth it! We had Kamisha and Nemiah, who were so sweet and made it so special for us for our honeymoon. It was the perfect day for relaxation!
