Overall I think Sandals has been surviving on its reputation here. Our room was very tired, bathroom was circa 1980, furniture very worn and dark, terrible lighting. Staff were fantastic! Without fault. We had a rather dramatic issue with our room that initially was ignored, or dismissed. Stanley, duty manager, became involved and the issues was resolved. He really did turn a negative into a positive. Sandals, promote Stanley now! If you are looking for an excursion, go to Issac on the beach. Great guy and 30% cheaper than the hotel. Overall, 8/10 for VC what you pay

Had an amazing time! Joy the bartender at the small pool was the most amazing and attentive person. Her customer service was top notch! She looked for us greeted us by name and made sure to treat us like friends. I looked forward to seeing her smiling face everyday. She made my birthday wonderful for the little time I was with her that day due to and amazing excursion taking longer but in a perfect way. Thank you sandals and Thank you the most to Joy your an angel and an amazing human being!!!!!
