Had problems with internet! Threcia (Spa) unbelievably nice! Such a sweetheart! Always a smile on her face and ready to help you with a positive attitude! Massage was awesome by her! Sandals need more employees with her attitude and disposition!

Our trip was from 7/10-7/10/24. We were in the Poinsettia building in Room 708 upstairs, which is the Caribbean section. Our room was the Caribbean Honeymoon Seaside Butler Suite, Room Category HS. Our dream team of Butlers was Wendell, Colin, and Vakesha. Wow! Wendell was an amazing lead butler! Upon arrival, he escorted us to our suite. As we walked he pointed out several locations, such as the spa, dining options, pools, excursion desk, and bars. To our surprise, there were cold refreshments with a snack tray waiting for us when we walked inside our suite. At this time we requested pineapple juice for our refrigerator and butler cooler. He made sure that it was delivered. He kept surprising us with cold drinks at the beach. Each morning that he worked he reserved our favorite palapa. If that isn't enough, he had us tables with amazing views for dinner! His hidden talent was the towel art he assembled such as a monkey and dragonfly! We enjoyed hearing about Antigua and his family. He and his team are a huge reason for making this our best vacation, ever!! We love you, Wendel, and enjoyed our time with you! There's no doubt that you are a role model to the ones that follow in your lead. You were chosen wisely! Vakeesha, where do we start? She's truly a sweetheart with a kind heart. You automatically felt like a friend. She went above and beyond. We appreciate so much the conversations, the shrimp cocktail plate, the drinks she delivered, and especially the pineapple juice! Even more, the ironing and pressing of our clothes for dinner that she expertly took care of. When she walked us to dinner, she always had our table decorated beautifully and brought our first drinks. Did I mention that she seated us at tables with amazing views? She checked on us during our meal too. In the mornings she had our favorite palapa reserved ? with a cooler of iced refreshments. One morning she delivered a room service breakfast, along with a mocha that we needed before our snorkeling excursion. We discussed our plans for the day. Vakeesha is an asset to the Sandals name and we see her moving up quickly! Colin was a joy to meet when we arrived on our first day. He's so easy to talk to and we enjoyed hearing about his family and his excitement of celebrating a special occasion with his family. Thank you for the countless cold drinks, and snack tray, saving our favorite palapa in the mornings, escorting us to dinners, and giving us the best ocean-view tables. He took care of ordering our breakfast from Elanore's for room service to be delivered the next morning before our snorkeling excursion. His superpower was keeping frozen refreshments coming at the perfect time. He's a genuine jewel with our happiness in mind throughout our stay. There's something special about Colin. He's going places! Our room attendant was Jennifer W and she was always generous with a smile making her pleasant to interact with. We did not have a single bad meal while we were there. Our compliments to each chef and their support staff. We had some wonderful servers. Ozzy and Jason at the Drunken Duck, Lewis at OK Corral, Sharlene at Mario's. Claudine at Mario's came to our table and welcomed us with a sweet hug. She asked about our experience and what we were celebrating during our trip. There are definitely more people to recognize but I did it directly through Gina and don't have my notes.
