The food the food the food?

Checking in took a bit, not sure why they didn't know where to put us, they dont have the touchless or chip reader for credit cards, they still swipe cards. Was put in a ?? room, which is on the main floor to the right of the main desk, the hallway of my room location was dingy and smelled like humidity. The very low false ceiling looked like it was playing musical chairs. Service people seemed happy and wanted to help. Now the main attraction was the food, loved every restaurant except Agave, mediocre food and mediocre Service. The Seabreeze restaurant was tops with super tasty, fresh and generous portions of food, shout out to Maxi!. Drinks were good everywhere. March is spring break for young adults so watch out if you dont want hundreds of 20 year olds as your crowd. Small cute casino, jewelry shops, souvenirs and small cafe on lobby. Regular and beach wheelchairs were available and accessible. This hotel is close to all so dont feel subjected to stay only in, go ahead and venture out, you'll find better deals for all your excursions. You will always hear wherever you are, reverberations from music nearby so its not a peaceful quiet hotel at night. Overall its an ok hotel, do not compare to the same chain in the States, this is way better than them.
Highly recommended, perfect location with beautiful sunsets!

The property is beautiful, the amenities amazing and the staff were friendly and attentive especially Louise. The hotel is in a great location, close to everything. The rooms are basic but clean. With everything this hotel has to offer I would highly recommend staying here. We will be back!
Another amazing stay here!

Another amazing vacation! Just returned from our second time staying at The Holiday Inn. It’s a perfect location, beach is beautiful, walkable to restaurants, shopping, boat excursions and the beach walkway along Palm Beach. This and its affordability was most important to us and allowed us to stay longer. Rooms are basic, clean and comfortable but if you are looking for a more modern room it might not be for you. Staff is friendly and helpful, especially Smitty on the beach. A special shout out to Viona Azard from the housekeeping staff. She made sure we had everything we needed and cleaned our room perfectly. She is such a hard worker and has the warmest smile. Nelson was our favorite security worker, friendly and we could tell he was keeping an eye on things around the resort. This hotel has a lively atmosphere. Guests of all ages. It has a busy beach area which I think makes it fun! However if you are looking for a more secluded beach experience you may want to look elsewhere. Remember to prebook your palapas 2 weeks before you arrive to make for a stress free beach set up. Will definitely stay here again!

We had the best server at the Sea Breeze Restaurant! Her name is Veronica. She was so nice and efficient. She made us feel welcome and comfortable. Kudos Veronica! The food was excellent at this restaurant. We did not stay at the Holiday Inn during our stay, but we plan to look into it for our next vacation to Aruba.
My favorite hotel in Aruba

Enjoyed the accommodations. Very friendly staff that makes you feel appreciated the day you arrive until the day you leave. Very familiar faces year after year. Only complaint was the Gym is still neglected. Broken equipment for over 4 years
