7 nights all inclusive. Buffet breakfast (standard), but no buffet in the evening and only one restaurant to eat in. Other 2 restaurants not open daily. $40 to rent an umbrella on the beach per day, even though we’re all inclusive. No water in the room. Rooms in need of decoration and carpets need changing.

Holiday Inn, We were quite pleased with our room and room service, clean well kept. We believe we got our money’s worth. Great location. One of our servers Chanty Brown was truly welcoming and hospitable, we much enjoyed our conversations with her. Luz Orozco was professional and warming, she never made us feel we were asking too much, which for our family we can have a lot of asks. We will surely stay here again.

This place is the best. Best location on Palm beach, best bartender (Edward) and a really nice breakfast buffet. Our server Carolina is so sweet and remembers me daily and brings me creamer. The omelet station is a great option. Also LuAnn is so pleasant and helpful during check in and Smith always takes great care of us when setting up our palapas. I love it here and have been coming for my birthday every year. Only 1 thing I would change. I am very sad they moved the iguanas from the resort. That was one of the things I treasured here.

The hotel was walkable to everything. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating every step of the way The restaurants all around were great. The beach was amazing. I felt extremely safe. What a great experience!
