Great stay. Property was beautiful/clean and very similar in appearance to GH Kauai or HR Maui. We appreciated the adult pool but also being able to go to beach, use water slide or hot tubs. Breakfast buffet had many selections and staff was great.

The overall experience was disappointing, especially for how much this stay cost. The casino felt unprofessional—the dealers didn’t even seem to know how to properly count chips. I was also told I’d receive a $100 daily credit and free breakfast, but none of that appeared on my bill. The rooms weren’t great either; the beds were uncomfortable, and most of the food was mediocre. Breakfast was the only meal that was decent. The ice cream/coffee shop was terrible, and the on-site shops were underwhelming. There was also very little for kids to do, especially compared to what other resorts offer. Honestly, I would much rather go back to Baha Mar. The food, service, and family-friendly activities there are far superior. This stay felt very “meh,” and I left feeling like I could have stayed in Florida and had a better experience—especially for the price.
