The service at this hotel is terrific. All members were pleasant, friendly, and attentive. If you asked for something that they didn’t have, they came up with other options. The rooms were comfortable, well appointed and the amenities were good. The lighting and mirrors were very good ( which are important to most women). Beautiful grounds and very well kept. Constant cleaning! Love it here!

Hotel staff was amazing, and the food by the pools was just as good. The juice bar was very convenient. Unfortunately, the pictures are a little deceiving, as most are from the adult side, which looks to have been remodeled. The family side. On the other hand, it has a lot left to be desired. The kids still loved it, but it just didn't feel as refined as the adult section. I was expecting a lot more. Service by the pool for food and drinks has room for improvement. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would still love to come back.

We loved everything about this resort. Can’t beat the location- we could walk across the street to several restaurants and nightlife or walk down the beach pathway to other resorts and beach bars. We had palapas reserved for two days but were able to get them other days in the morning when we went down. Very easy to get from the beach to the pool. The food at the pool bar was delicious and had very generous portions. The grounds were pristine. We had club level access which was nice for breakfast in the morning and grabbing coffee or soda durning the day. The adult pool is beautiful but a bit too quiet for us. The resort was close to sold out and it never felt crowded. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

Personally this is our go to hotel! Even though it's not an all inclusive the grounds are impeccable, the kids love feeding the fish. Reserving a spot on the beach is much easier than any other hotel, you can book for the entire week and sleep in while on vacation. No need to wake up at 4am.

Why return to an island so many times? Because it’s a thoroughly enjoyable, predictable, short getaway vacation. It’s always been good weather, warm without being too hot; and the dining scene on the island is amazing. We’ve always stayed at this Hyatt because the location is perfect being walking distance to many great restaurants, shopping and other attractions. The friendly service is generally above average to excellent, and the cost is competitive with other similar resorts. The rooms and facilities are updated and are beautiful. The management is excellent, accessible and very responsive. There’s an adult pool and an adults pool which are both gorgeous and large enough to meet demand. The hotel restaurants are OK, but the best restaurants are off property. Taxi from the airport takes 20 minutes. The spa services are excellent, and the casino is one of the nicest that we’ve seen on the island. We scouted a few of the other hotels on Palm Beach this trip, just to compare lobbies, pools, facilities, etc. and see if we were missing anything by repeatedly going back to the Hyatt. My wife and I concluded that there wasn’t anything about the other hotels that we liked better, and a few fell short because of their locations and amenities. Pro tips: Book free pool chairs as soon as you book your stay for the best spots, although we’ve gotten good ones the morning of occasionally. Likewise spa services for the best available times. And the most popular restaurants book 3-4 weeks ahead.
