Great venue on a great island where the people are so nice and proud of their homeland. Hyatt is the place to stay and Stefan the company concierge is a great asset and just a nice young man to deal with.
Beach was horrific

The beach was nothing like the pictures. It was disgusting and food was average at best. I will never stay at this hotel again. I don’t know what beach they were showing but it definitely was not the water we were in. Very disappointed
