Breakfast on 4.25.24 Liria Greaux was our waitress and was extremely welcoming and made the buffet process that much more enjoyable! She was training a new member of the staff and you could see her monitoring & engaging the customers as the new trainee navigated her new role! We can't wait to go back!

This was a family trip for adults and we had a fantastic time. Couple the natural beauty of Aruba with friendly, efficient service and you’ve got a winning combination. We opted for the all inclusive package and that proved to be a great choice for our 8 night stay. A couple of things I recommend are : to book reservations at the restaurants ahead of time. And secondly I highly recommend reserving a cabana on the private island. Again, that is something to do ahead of time, since they are very popular. We had Kendrick as our server in the cabana both times and he was wonderful.

Do not pay for all inclusive. You are limited to certain items especially in the bar and L.G.Smith restaurant. They told us they do not put anything in the mini fridge so you have to purchase your pop or other items! Every other hotel/ resort we visited has a well stocked fridge. You also have to make reservations for lunch and dinner even though the buffet restaurant is mostly empty. We visited Aruba 8 times and stayed at the Renaissance twice but we will not stay there again because it's not worth the all inclusive price (btw, we do not use alcohol). The housekeeping service leaves much to be desired. Nothing is replenished unless you ask. I can go on and on but you get the picture! It's not worth it!!

Wonderful trip and Thania, the avlctivity director was so great. Had a blast. Dj Chase was also the best during happy hour. There is always something to do and everyone is there to help. The restaurants and location are also so convenient. Definitely going back.

My sister planned a three course dinner on the beach for my birthday. The food was fantastic. We were greeted and thanked by the chef. Chef Rafael’s presentation was creative and were flavorful even breathtaking. The food was amazing. Dianna Charles, our private server for the 2+ hour experience, made the evening delightful and personal. Her care and passion for making sure our experience was exceptional was above what I could have imagined. This was the most absolutely beautiful personal dinner beach experience I have ever had. Chef Rafael and Dianna thanks for making my birthday great in Aruba. This is the hotel you want to stay at, the food is some of the best in the island. The staff and management are dedicated to making sure you have a great vacation.
