Love the BBQ on Beach

suzannef345 (United States) on Jul 03, 2022

The Bbq on beach is on Thursdays night and has salad bar, steak on skewer, ribs, hot dogs, sausage, fish and great burgers. Also, corn on cob, rice and beans , grilled vegetables to name a few. End the meal with delicious desserts and roast marshmeoowos on the beach. Eat dinner barefoot on the beach enjoy nNEW show with local dancers and band. Do not miss this. Front desk great people who know us and welcome us back.

Honeymoon Paradise (LGBT friendly!)

amandahnyc on Jul 03, 2022

I only ever heard great things about the Renaissance Wind Creek Resort, so I knew I had to see it for myself. My wife and I honeymooned on the Marina (Adults only) side, however we took the golf cart shuttle to the Ocean Suites every day because we loved lounging at their lagoon. The rooms at the Marina side were renovated and gorgeous and just steps away from the casino and shops. The private flamingo island was gorgeous. Although the Papagayo restaurant is on the family friendly side, they still allow you to order from your seat on the adults only flamingo side and deliver it to you! The flamingo beach is topless, however, they dont seem to promote that so not everyone is aware--which is why kids are only allowed on flamingo beach during certain hours. We received a couples massage in Spa Cove on the island by Gloria and Diana and they were so friendly and skilled! All of the staff was so friendly and very helpful. We had exceptional service from Reina in the Aquarius restaurant. My wife and I were so relieved to see the resort was LGBT friendly(even having a Pride night by the pool on the Marina side!) This put us at ease and we had such a wonderful time. Overall, this place has it all! Great food, great drinks, and all the private beaches you can need. I cant wait to go back!

So you have never relaxed and tanned with flamingos, beach please!

Wonderful service nice facilities but WOW WHAT AN AMAZING BEACH! Flamingo beach the private beach associated with Renaissance is truly amazing. Gorgeous white sand, tons of chairs, shade, clear shallow water, protected bay, great beach drinks and both a family and an adults only beach. Also FLAMINGOS! A must in Aruba.

Great location

JanistyAmy on Jul 01, 2022

First time visiting Aruba and we loved the atmosphere, we stayed at the Ocean Suite, took the boat taxi every day to the Flamingo Island. The island has 2 sides, one for family and one side for adults only, if you are interested in seeing the flamingos with your children you need to arrive at the island by 9am, you are only allowed in the adult side between 9am and 10am, the flamingos are NOT in the family side, you will only see iguanas. Every waiter was awesome, very friendly, we didn't do the all-inclusive plan as it was very expensive and for us not worth the money, we did the buffet breakfast and it was great. We walked the area and felt safe, they played music every evening. We loved it

THANK YOU TO SECURITY RONALD!

amandagR7726LU on Jun 30, 2022

This resort Deserves a 5/5 STAR RATING, however, they were strict about the guest policy. So, I give them a 4/5. In turn, you can say that they were strict because of safety reasons, which is good. Aruba, along with the resort experience here at Wind Creek, will be unforgettable. I want to give a VERY special thanks to the staff there, especially Security Ronald Gordon! He gives guests the best experience of customer service the minute they walk through the lobby. Ronald will give you a smile at the door and suggests amazing tourist excursions/areas guest can visit. Again, I can't thank you enough Ronald!
