We enjoyed the resort. Had a fantastic 2 bedroom suite. The hotel has a great pool and beach area. All staff interaction was friendly and pleasant.

Honeymoon bliss!!! We absolutely loved staying in the adult side of this resort, taking the water taxi to the private island each day, shopping in the luxury stores, enjoying the food, and soaking up the sun!

Always enjoy Renaissance Aruba, if stay there seven times in the last seven years. The all inclusive package is the way to go! Enjoyed meals on Renaissance Island (Papaguyo), LG steakhouse, blue, Sole, and Fresco. Always good to see familiar faces of staff who usually recognize us before we recognized them. So many long-term employees… With very positive attitudes. I wish I could remember every name, but I would like to acknowledge Abigail on renaissance Island, along with Natalie (30+ years here) , Alex, Rojas, Jennifer, also received great service from every member of the staff at LG steakhouse! From check-in to check out, everything went so smoothly… Looking forward to 2026 and another visit!

As a Bonvoy Titanium Elite, I’m well aware of late check in protocol. Therefore, after I had checked in on the Bonvoy app, I had messaged the property letting them know we would be late (next morning) arriving coming from a cruise ship. They acknowledged this, and graciously extended a late 1:30 pm checkout and use of a hospitality room to shower and change. Upon our morning arrival at the front desk, we were informed our room had been canceled due to a “no show”. They offered to rebook a room at higher points redemption rate, or buy day passes for $150 per person. While I found neither option acceptable, I chose to pay the cash for the day passes. I usually don’t post negative reviews, but I needed to vent on this one…

Edgardo isla one of our bartenders during are stay was great! He remembered us from day to day and the way we liked are drinks. He showed friendliness and was a good person to have serve us drink during our stay!
