My mother and I recently stayed at the Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort for an unforgettable all-inclusive mother-and-daughter getaway, and I can honestly say this was one of the most memorable vacations we’ve ever experienced. Every single staff member we encountered made us feel like family, and their genuine hospitality is what truly sets this resort apart. It truly lived up to its name, One Happy Island! From the moment we arrived on July 1st, we were welcomed with warm smiles by Jihadi at check-in. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. That evening, we enjoyed a fantastic dinner at FLUX, where our waiter, Diego, provided exceptional service that made our first night extra special. On July 2nd, we had a countryside bus tour planned where lunch wasn’t included. While having breakfast at Aquarius, Chef Charming came over to ask if we’d like something to take with us. She thoughtfully prepared a delicious chicken Caesar wrap along with cups of fresh mixed fruit. That simple act of kindness meant so much to us and is something we’ll never forget. Later that evening, we returned to Aquarius for dinner, where Chef Jean Pierre amazed us with an incredible seafood selection, expertly seasoned and freshly prepared right before our eyes. Every bite was absolutely delicious. Each morning, breakfast at Aquarius became one of our favorite parts of the day thanks to the wonderful staff. Dorthy, Betty, Ito, Yalithza, Anushka, and Margarita greeted us with smiles every morning and treated us with such warmth and genuine care that we looked forward to seeing them each day. That same evening, Drinnon from the Maintenance team came to assist us with an issue involving our room’s door lock. Not only did he quickly resolve the problem, but we ended up having one of the most enjoyable conversations of our entire trip. It’s amazing how even a maintenance visit turned into such a memorable experience. On July 3rd, we enjoyed another wonderful dinner at Fresco at the Ocean Suites. Jerson and Chris provided outstanding service and made for another perfect evening. July 4th was absolutely spectacular! Thanks to the concierge, we were able to reserve spots for the Independence Day beach BBQ at the Ocean Suites. The food was phenomenal, the entertainment was outstanding, the atmosphere was magical, and the service was flawless. It was truly one of the highlights of our vacation and an experience we’ll cherish forever. On our final day, July 5th, we made every moment count. We started our morning at Renaissance Island with breakfast at Papagayo Bar & Grill, where Maragareth took wonderful care of us. She made us feel completely at home and even gave us the sweetest goodbye hug. After returning to the resort, Luigina from Okeanos Spa welcomed us for the Swedish massages she had previously arranged for my mother and me. She was incredibly kind and thoughtful throughout the process. Our massage therapists, Melisa and Pilar, were simply phenomenal. It was the very first time either of us had experienced a professional spa treatment, and it was so relaxing and emotional that my mother actually cried tears of joy. It was a beautiful memory we’ll treasure forever. To finish our perfect vacation, we spent a little time in the casino before enjoying an incredible filet mignon dinner at L.G. Smith’s Steak & Chop House. It was the perfect ending to an already unforgettable trip. This was the best early birthday celebration for my mom. Every employee we encountered went above and beyond to make our stay special, and because of them, we created memories that will last a lifetime. The Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort is absolutely beautiful, impeccably maintained, conveniently located close to everything, and filled with employees who genuinely care about their guests. Thank you to every single person who made our stay so extraordinary. We will absolutely be returning, and I wholeheartedly recommend this resort to anyone traveling to Aruba.

We've been coming back to the Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort - Ocean Suites every year for the past four years, and it's become one of our favorite family vacations. The staff and activities are a huge part of why we keep returning! Anouk was a fantastic instructor for the Circl Mobility class and also hosted wonderful kids' activities like sand art and the mermaid meet-and-greet. Mary led several yoga and meditation classes that we absolutely loved. The Sound Bowl Meditation was especially relaxing and one of the highlights of our trip. Melinda and Marcia were incredible with the children's activities, including pizza making, donut decorating, face painting, and so many other fun experiences for families. Our daughter looked forward to the activities every day and especially loves the s'mores activity, which has become one of her favorite vacation traditions. Of course, we also love the private island. It's such a unique and beautiful place to relax. Happy hour by the pool is always a highlight too! Thank you to the entire Renaissance Aruba team for another amazing stay. It's the amazing staff, beautiful property, and family-friendly atmosphere that keep us coming back year after year. We can't wait to return!

Cool place t see one time pretty expensive if you’re not a guest at the hotel. Wouldn’t do it again

This resort is amazing. The best part is the staff and 3rd party professionals who make the guests feel welcome and have events during guests stays. Shout out to Joe in security from keeping the resort safe and clear of cruiseship guests, Melinda, Marcia, Gina and Ariaf from events fir hosting various events like sip & paint, Maria and Karla who are great servers on the island, and Anouk for always keeping the guests fit through aqua zoomba. The resort is only good as the staff and 3rd party agents focusing on is guests. Thank you.
