My wife and I stayed at the Renaissance for 5 days to get away from the chicago winter. We were very happy with our stay. The location of the hotel was very convenient and walkable to local shops and restaurants and very close to the cruise ship port. The resort has two sides, a family side and couples only and was connected to a mall so there was excellent high end shopping in you are in the mood. The resort also has many restaurant options including a seafood restaurant, a steakhouse, two pool side restaurantsand a restaurant at its own private island where you can watch the flamingos! Another great thing was the two sides of the resort can be assessed by a boat that runs every 15 minutes. As a gym rat, I worked out in their fitness center everyday which was on the small side for such a large resort but offered a group fitness room, an outdoor patio where you could do floor exercises and offered plenty of water and powerade. There is also a spa if you are interested in massages or facials which my wife did indulge in.

Our stay at Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba was incredible and truly a trip we will never forget. The service was outstanding, and we especially want to thank Betty, Lina, and Gabriel for going above and beyond to make our stay so special. Their kindness and attention made all the difference. A special highlight was the “Sunset by Jacky” drink, it has officially become our favorite drink forever and made every sunset even more memorable. Beautiful resort, amazing staff, and unforgettable memories. We can’t wait to come back!

The resort is just amazing, from the staff to the rooms, to the amenities, to Flamingo Island…everything was above expectations. Special shout out to Moon who helped us with a cabana reservation glitch…she went above and beyond to help us.?? Would highly recommend this resort to anyone.

Had poor breakfast experience on island. Very under staffed. Luciano did his best but we had totally finished our meal before we could get a second cup of coffee. I had ordered eggs over brocken, and well done with no runniness. One egg was good, the other was over easy! Fortunately my wife’s over easy eggs had one that was over well. We traded one. We would not bother getting up early to go to the island for breakfast again.

Always outstanding service! My favorite place to stay…Renaissance Aruba Ocean Suites!!! All the staff go above and beyond. Petronila (Towel Hut) always smiling and so helpful as well as Roland helping all vacationers with pool chairs and always cleaning the pools and pool area!! Fresco staff always so pleasant, courteous and helpful. Sole’ bartenders (Jack, Eisha, Liliana, William, Carlos, Junior, and others) outstanding as well as Sole’ waitstaff. I have been staying at the Renaissance Suites for 36 years and have always received exceptional service! From greeters, bellhops, housekeeping staff, to front desk staff outstanding service. Look forward to seeing you again this April.
