Hotel room was recently remodeled. Loved the choices in decor/fixtures and a real upgrade from years ago when we stayed. We stayed 1 night so we could visit flamingo beach this visit. We are beach people so this is not the hotel for us. If you like to be downtown and to shop, this is the place for you. Breakfast buffet was excellent and restaurant employees were so nice. Would stay here again!

Room was always cleaned and fully stocked. Our maid was the sweetest. Her name is Maritza Suarez and she is a beautiful soul. She heard it was our anniversary and left us a rose one day and a decorated centerpiece another. The hotel gave us a complimentary anniversary cake. They made us feel so very special.

Melushka! My boyfriend and i had lunch at renaissance island where Melushka served us food and drinks. If we needed anything she was there for us right away. Melushka is top! Melushka is super! Melushka is very friendly! Thank you Melushka!

Went to Rennaissance Island for dinner on Wednesday night. Vamie was our waitress and she was amazing. So kind and knowledgeable about the island. And told us all about Charley! I moved here in May and can't wait to return for dinner there again in September.

Beautiful resort! Everyone that works there that we came in contact with was super friendly and helpful. Food was delicious at all of the restaurants. I do wish they had at least one more restaurant to choose from in the all inclusive package. No other complaints!
