This was our third visit here and it was just as great as we remember. This is a great resort that has been updated since we were there.....the private island is amazing and the staff are THE BEST. Rosalba was AMAZING and we loved seeing her every morning at breakfast at Fresca.....on the island Natalia, Sugar and Ricardo-they are awesome and took great care of our group. At the pool bar William makes amazing drinks and takes great care of everybody. Can't wait to go back! The staff make this resort amazing especially these folks! :)

I am writing to share how much I enjoyed my recent stay at the Renaissance. The service from your staff was top-notch, and as someone who likes to stay active while on vacation, I truly appreciated the resort's various fitness options. I specifically want to commend Anouk Balentina for the exceptional service she provided. I first met her on Saturday in the newly renovated gym, where her knowledge and positive energy stood out. She took the time to discuss the resort's many offerings with me and another guest, which was very helpful. I also attended two Zumba Fitness sessions at the pool led by Anouk. Her high energy and clear instruction made the classes enjoyable for everyone involved. She is a wonderful asset to your team and Resort

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Anouk during my visit to the Renaissance Wind Creek Resort in Aruba. First, she made quite the impression with her bubbly energetic professional presence and warm smile while interacting with guests and patrons poolside engaging them to enjoy Aqua Zoomba. Great energy, great music, great activity lead by Anouk's hospitality and charm. Second, I was surprised to find her again building sand castles and sea turtles with the guest's children telling island stories while creating memories in the sand. With her island vibe and playful manner, it was hard to tell who was having more fun. Anouk, or the children? And third, such a surprise, Anouk appeared later in the week in perched in full costume as the "Resident Renaissance Mermaid" full tail and all, welcoming guests again with her warm wit and smile completing a memorable, magical experience. Thank you Anouk for your warm smile, island vibes and enthusiastic energy. Looking forward to coming back soon.
