Stay away from this place. My wife and I were put in a room where the door did not secure properly and someone walked into our suite while we were in bed. The hotel admitted in an email that the door did not secure properly several times during the course of our stay, putting us at risk the entire time. They then went on to treat us as if we had done something wrong. I will never go back to this resort again.

It was our first time in Aruba and on the last day my mother and I enjoyed the wonderful transport boat ride to the private beach. Anushka was absolutely wonderful!!! She made the entire day at the beach one we’ll never forget!!! What an amazing way to end an amazing vacation and we can’t wait to go back and see Aruba and Anushka again!! Shoutout to Anushka!!!! Thank you for all that you did!!!

Another great time at Renaissance Wind Creek in Aruba. What makes this hotel resort different than others are the employees. I need to call out one in particular and that is Cesar the Bellman. He went out of his way several times to make our vacation enjoyable. Cesar is a class act and the management team at the Renaissance needs to recognize this individual because it is people like Cesar that make me want to come back. Repeat business is the ideal business for restaurants and resorts otherwise they suffer the consequences.

Another great stay. Every year since 2015, we come to our home away from home to celebrate our wedding anniversary. As usual from check in, to check out, the staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome, and always with a smile. Looking forward to our 2026 stay. Special shout out to Alexander at the Sole bar, this was our first year meeting him, but already consider him a friend. He would greet us every happy hour by name and would always check to see if there was anything he could get us, hope to see you soon buddy ! Also Jennifer over at the private island, we met her a few years ago, she is the kindest, most genuine person we have met in Aruba. looking forward to your smiling face.

My sister and I stayed for a week. We had a wonderful room. Quiet no noise from outside or hallway. We enjoyed breakfast in the outdoor dining area. We took the book to the island to sit by the ocean and read out books. Wonderful service! We did walk over to take a peek at the flamingos!
