A fantastic experience at the Renaissance Island Suites!

Another great stay at the Renaissance Island Suites!! Marcias and Candida in housekeeping are outstanding! Anouk’s water Zumba classes were fun and challenging workout! She is energetic and a wonderful asset to the hotel. Everyday, we had breakfast in Fresco’s. Santusha has taken fabulous care of us two years in a row! Aizhen’s are simply the BEST! I look forward to going back!

I am open to returning to this hotel on my next stay

THOMAS S (Houston, Texas) on May 08, 2026

awesome hotel right in the heart of downtown with a lot of locale flare. The ambiance of this hotel was great however the rooms could use a bit of upgrading. Because of the view and beach access I have no complaints about the cost of staying. Maid service was every day so the rooms were cleaned daily. Low noise level where my room was located. I had a minor maintenance issue however when I called around midnight to the front desk someone did come to fix/temp repair the issue but did return that A.M. to complete the job. I was very impressed with that level of service and commitment.

This resort has everything you need!

Beyond blown away with my five night stay at this resort! So many different options you have at this resort. I stayed at the ocean suites which is the family side and me and my husband came with no kids. You can drink at the pool bar - Carlos and Junior along with so many took the upmost care of us. We had so much fun and I even won at Bingo one day! Going home with a shirt for the great memory. You can then step away to the lagoon steps away which is a whole different quiet and relaxing vibe. You then have the boat to the private island that is absolute paradise! Tons of pictures of me feeding flamingos! (Bring quarters and go early!). And THEN you can walk or shuttle over to the adult side for a very chic experience! I can’t imagine any other resort on this beautiful island can compare! Highly recommend

Just not worth it

My husband and I were REALLY excited to visit Aruba and staying in the adult side.. The positives: boat ride to flamingo island, rooms are clean, starbucks in the hotel, restaurants on site( not included in the price) and decent location. I think I'm spoiled with staying at all inclusives with entertainment , large rooms, many restaurants at my disposal that dont cost extra and not be nickel and dimed for everything. We had to pay 9.00 for a cup of juice at the bar when nothing else was open.. crazy to me. Going to flamingo island is included but you pay for everything once your there. I regret not going back to costa rica or hawaii. Sorry Aruba your to americanized for me and way to pricy , rent a car staying at the resort.. taxies get expensive real quick I can say this is the most expensive trip we have paid for and I feel like it was not worth at all for what you get. We were surprised with a $700 resort fee bill upon arrival..on top of paying 5 grand for 8 nights.. our room was not very big for a weeklong stay. And you can hear the cars driving up and down the street in our room not my idea of an island paradise. And I’ve been to many that i loved
