I visited with my husband. The beach is nicely spaced out, you were not right on top of people next to you. The workers were great. They were very friendly and truly wanted you to relax and enjoy your time there. On the island they couldn’t do enough for you. Jennifer was the best!!

The beds are heavenly and rooms are cold… flamingo island is fabulous, definitely a must do. If you can swing it rent a cabana for the day, the family side is the best. The adult side is deep and a little rocky……. The family hotel has a beach and large pool and the adult hotel has small pool and the casino but NO beach. The rooms are small but we weren’t in them much.

This resort is a very good place to stay. It is away from the busy area of the strip but only a few minutes away. We spent 5 days there and took 1 truck tour to the caves and beach area with De Palam Tours. The staff at this resort are so pleasant and helpful that I will list them for your convenience starting with, Mary-Lane Solognier who helped us book our family restaurant reservations Santusha who helped us navigate our way around the resort Rosalba and Marianela who served us most of our stay A. Zhen who cooked the best omelets sorry I'm not able to name all the staff around the pool and the lobby but believe me they were all great including Johnny on the security staff. We will definitely be returning; they made our first trip to Aruba a great one

One word AWESOME! Rose-Ann @ the front desk and her TEAM really made my birthday special! From the first day, she made my family and friends feel like a million bucks with VIP status. The hotel is wonderful, the Flamingo private island is a whole vibe and the food was really good. She gave us some wonderful ideas during our stay. She made us feel like home. We had a reservation that was cancelled over the phone with your hotel staff. It was well before the cancellation date. It was a cancellable and refundable rate. To my dismay,I was charged almost 1.5k USD for 2 nights, even though we cancelled and did not even stay at the hotel! Hotel is claiming no show! Very disappointing
