We stayed for 3 nights in the Marina tower. We were lucky enough to be in the 6th floor facing the ocean. The room was very comfortable. Bed was a little soft for our liking. Sheets and towels were very nice. Bathroom good size. Decent water pressure. The amenities here are wonderful. We went to Flamingo Island for a day and spent a day at the pool. Both were very enjoyable. We can not say enough positive things about the staff here, all the staff. They greeted us with smiles, they were very helpful and all seemed so genuine.

They had no problem, taking our money to reserve a cabana, but then would not allow us to use it because they would not give us a wristband for a sixth person in our family

This resort strikes a perfect balance in so many ways. The beach and pool area are just the right size—not overwhelmingly large, yet spacious enough to never feel crowded. Whether you want to relax by the water or take a dip, the setting feels thoughtfully designed for both comfort and enjoyment. The service throughout the resort is consistently excellent. Staff members are attentive, welcoming, and genuinely seem to care about your experience. The rooms are very comfortable, offering a relaxing place to unwind, though they do show a bit of age in their decor. That said, everything is well-maintained and clean, so it doesn’t take away from the overall stay. One standout is Cesar, who truly elevates the experience. His level of service is exceptional—he’s knowledgeable, incredibly friendly, and always goes above and beyond to help. It’s rare to encounter someone so dedicated to making guests feel taken care of, and his efforts did not go unnoticed. Overall, this resort delivers a wonderful experience with great amenities, strong service, and a few memorable personal touches that make all the difference.

The cabana rental was so worth the money and experience.!

This is my 2nd time staying at this property. The first time was on the ocean suites (family side). This time we decided to stay on the adults only side and I immediately regretted it. The bad: The rooms were significantly smaller with no balcony. And if your room is facing the pool good luck getting any sleep at night. My status with Marriott included breakfast every morning but I would suggest you go early before everything is picked over. The good: Close to airport . And free access to the flamingo beach if you’re a hotel guest. There is a mall with and other stores in and around the hotel . On ocean suites side there are bars and other restaurants. Hotel was clean and updated for the most part and the staff was friendly.
