Great hotel and staff, found the food and drinks excellent, , if we came back we would love to pick up the hotel and move it around with us. As others have said, the hotel is in-between oistens and st lawrence gap, oistens is a shorter walk than the gap, bit the zr buses are everywhere, and will take you wherever you want. Certainly are easier using them than walking sometimes. All in all I definitely recommend the hotel, but do your research to see if the location is right for you. We had Seaview room, they were great always clean. Great hotel and if we ever return to Barbados, we Certainly wouldn't be against staying here again.

We were too late for breakfast which ends at 10 a.m. and lunch begins at 11.30. So we waited for lunch and dined on flying fish in deep fried batter with chips, cole slaw and tartare sauce. Naturally all fish on this island are fresh and my meal cost $50 Barbados and was very good. For us anoraks out there, if you should ever visit then you can watch the aeroplanes coming in to land at Bridgetown at less than 1,000 feet.

Staff make this hotel soo special!!!! I really enjoyed my stay here. Every single member of staff only to willing to help and extremely polite. The ladies who run the shop are brilliant and helpful. Even when the south of the island had no water for over 12 hours, we was well informed and they provided water free of charge. Thank you Butterfly Beach for making my stay amazing as first time traveller to Barbados. Definitely stay again.

what a lovely friendly hotel. staff great, rooms dated, but exceptionally clean and the kitchenette was a bonus. We only used it for toast and cereal, but very useful. What sets this place apart is the fantastic views wherever you look. cannot fault it

We stayed at Butterfly Beach hotel and we loved it. Rooms were clean, big rooms, big bed too. Lovely shower. Food at the Reef was fabulous and varied. The staff were lovely too. Very laid back and attentive. The pool was so lovely as was the beach. The sargassum came in but not too much. We will see you again in March 2026 and we cannot wait.
