Excellent customer service!! All the staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Frequently went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable! This was truly a relaxing stay and ensured that we were able to get away from the hustle and bustle.

So my family and I stayed here for a few days as we are Hilton Grand Vac. Members. We checked in at 6am due to our flight coming in that early. Front desk was aware so all good. Went to the room and slept for a few hours. Bed very comfy and room nice! We went to one of the restaurants on Sunday and had the breakfast buffet. There was a gospel band playing music that morning as well. We arrived at 10:10am. They asked us if our meal was included we said no. Its a buffet so we figured go up as many times as we can....wrong! Went up around 10:20am as we had to wait 10 mins for a table. Was not much food left but figured they would bring more out. I had 1 waffle and 1 bacon. Again not much food was out. Went back up to get more food. All the food was empty. I asked the workers about replenishing the food they said no the buffet was over. this was now around 10:45am. So I said something to our waitress she said no more food is coming. Again no more food ever came. So time for the bill and it was $330.00 Barbados currency for 4 buffet meals. I said i was not paying as this is not a buffet. Myself, 1 child and 2 adults could not go up for more due to there being no food. I asked for a manager she said he wasn't around. After that we never ate again on the property. When checking out I complained to the Hilton Grand Vacation Desk where that person was completely rude and had no care to help. I did speak to the manager: Kyle. Kyle was completely rude and could careless. He actually called me a liar and said his staff would never say there was anymore food. He said he would call me after his investigation into this. Again, i never received a phone call from him and didn't think I would. I did report him and his lack of hospitality.

This is truly not a great Hilton property, acts more like a private club. Hilton status not recognized, treated quite poorly. Could not check in early nor get late check out. Room was very warm, AC not working correctly. Asked for a fan as the “bug/bird” sounds that they program from dusk to dawn are most annoying and quite loud. Sleeping was very difficult. ?? would recommend getting a room on a high floor if you choose to stay here. Property is also not near anything other than the airport.

NOT THERE YET but very excited to be coming home to experience one of the island's best!! Luxury hospitality is promised, and I look forward to being pampered!! See you all on Friday pm!! From Antigua with love! The Richards, Andwele, Burrowes and Holder family!

Just fell short of a perfect score. Positives: Exquisite grounds and facilities. Helpful staff. Convenient parking. Reserve a room with a plunge pool - you won't be disappointed. Needs Improvement: Food and housekeeping services are inconsistent. During our stay, I never received 4 full sets of towels. There was always something missing.
