Everything about my stay was wonderful! The front desk and driver were so helpful and friendly! The whole property is flawless and my room was really nice as well; will definitely be coming back sometime!

Wonderful Stay at Itz’ana! Our stay at Itz’ana was absolutely amazing! The views, food, and atmosphere were all perfect. Huge thanks to Janelle and Angelica for their warm hospitality , they made us feel right at home and went above and beyond in every way. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Itz-’Ana - Take Two - this is our second visit to Itz’Ana and we so look forward to getting back here. The staff is tremendously, friendly and helpful. The great house makes you feel like you’re visiting friends alongside the beach. Their infinity pool is remarkable and the best that we have seen in Placencia or any other place. The surroundings are so peaceful despite being just off the main road. The beachfront is remarkably well kept. October is a good time to come as The waters and beach were clear of sargassum. Thanks to Janelle, Felipe, Yancey, Eden and all the others for making our stay and weekend warm and relaxing.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate us. The seemed to be looking for ways to help us with anything we might need. The even helped me setup a special birthday arrangement at the restaurant for my wife, in advance of our stay. Many people at the hotel assisted in making this a memorable experience for her. And we thoroughly loved all the vegetation on the property and their plant labels. We felt very safe here and very much enjoyed the experience.
