An excellent hotel located next to CalgaryTransit stop and restaurants so it was convenient. Hotel food was great and staff were helpful and friendly especially the restaurant staff. I would stay there again.

The staff from beginning to end were great. We had the romance package because we were celebrating our first anniversary and everything was perfect. We are going to be going back for our next anniversary

Very clean & updated room, very nice bathroom with heated floors which were really nice when walking barefoot and out of the shower. Staff were all helpful and friendly.

I have been staying here for years (18 years) and it is always a positive experience. The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and well kept. The ambience of the hotel is excellent. Stephen Avenue is very close. The Concierge has been there for many years and is amazing! Very attentive, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting (or needing) to stay in the downtown core.
