Overall great experience. Clean. Excellent coffee shop across the street. As with all hotels, a little maintenance/handyman service would go a long way. Not quite as modern as expected. Perfect for a business trip.

Great staff and comfortable stay. I go annual to the Hyatt and find the experience is consistent and very pleasant. Conference rooms are great and the food was delicious.

Although the hotel is starting to show its age, that would not preclude me from returning. The stuff in the hotel and the restaurant are uniformly professional and friendly; and those in the club go out of their way to accommodate what you might need. The room is large and comfortable, bed and pillow excellent, and the bathroom is bright and airy.

I just really want to express my gratitude and appreciation to Hyatt Regency Calgary Team. They treated me and my friends as their own family. I visited Calgary to have a reunion with my friends and the level of service and hospitality that HR Calgary team made our reunion memorable. Special thanks to Loni from Marketing, Ezra, Irene, Ringo, Viah and more (can’t remember all the names) for going the extra mile to make me and my friends have the best time. Excellent service, great facility and amenities. The gym has chilled towels with mint for post workout refreshment. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are clean and I loved the in floor heating.
