Fantastic location right in downtown Calgary. Walkable to many bars and restaurants. And tourist attractions. Room was spacious, well-maintained and clean. Would stay again.

My stay here was extremely disappointing. The room was in a horrific state: the heater was broken, and the bathroom toilet would not flush. While the repair staff was efficient and wonderful when handling these issues, both the front desk service and management were remarkably rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Room service was also bad and reception would not even help me locate my Uber orders. Because of this terrible leadership, even for a 3.5-star hotel, this location fails completely. After this experience, I will never stay in a lower-tier hotel again.By the way, I paid $574 for this room, making the terrible facilities and rude service completely unacceptable.

Great hotel, incredible staff members and a beautiful city that moves at its own pace. I will definitely be back. Until next time Calgary. P.S. The Calgarians are crazy about their beef! I kept hearing, Calgary beef is way better than Ontario beef and I can assure you, they aren't wrong haha.

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Calgary before our Rocky Mountaineer tour. It's a very comfortable hotel in a very convenient location. Easy walking distance to skytower and lots of local restaurants.
