The hotel was beautifully decorated and the staff treated me like royalty! The food both in the hotel (at the conference) and at Thomson's was exceptional, as was the wait staff at the restaurant. I truly cannot wait to go back!

Great staff and amenities. Our organization always uses Hyatt Calgary for annual meetings, every time it is a great service. Even city construction work outside of hotel with some transportation access complications did not spoil overall impression and experience.
Comfort and Great Service in Downtown Calgary

I stayed one night at the Hyatt Regency Calgary Downtown with my husband and daughter, and we had a wonderful experience. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. The shower was truly spectacular — one of the highlights of the room. My daughter ordered room service, and both the service and the food were exceptional. Everything arrived promptly and tasted delicious. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Calgary and looking for comfort, great service and location, and a memorable stay.
