Inside the hotel was great! location was perfect! Easy to navigate to restaurants everything was pretty much walking distance

As a professional, I've stayed at several high end hotels. The Hyatt in Calgary met my expectations. Great professional service, and overall experience.

The hotel location was great and staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Hotel rate per night was reasonable.
Great hotel, but carpets caused allergies.

I am an allergy sufferer, who was forced to stay the Calgary Hyatt because a client held a convention there. I gave the place 5 stars, because the services appeared good, and colleagues appeared happy. However the rooms had carpets in them, and the windows did not open, which facilitated "sick building syndrome." I was very sick during my star and for several days after.

Our stay was wonderful and even end up having the pool area to ourselves for an hour. Also, the staff were wonderful. Great place to stay!
