A Top notch stay downtown Calgary

Location excellent close to everything including great restaurants and shopping. Hotel staff were awesome, the amenities amazing, and everything about the kingsize room was top quality-highly recommended whenever in Calgary.
Sets a very high standard!

The Hyatt Calgary is well located for exploring the city, elegant yet cozy, with serene public spaces (& art!) and the rooms are similarly peaceful, spotless and comfortable. The high floor gym/pool area is superb, great views. Excellent dining options. That's all great. But what REALLY makes this hotel stand out is the outstanding customer service provided by such an amazing team! I haven't stayed here for about a year - yet I arrived to a warm & personal welcome, my preferences remembered & actioned (without me even requesting!), and just a delightful, perfect stay. Not one complaint, not even minor - wow!! Highly recommend, and I look forward to returning.
Most enjoyable couple of days exploring Calgary

Lovely hotel in great location for exploring Calgary on foot. Well appointed room with good amenities (coffee maker, filtered water on tap) and good sound proofing. Friendly & welcoming staff throughout.
Good experience, no espresso in the room

Hotel location was excellent, warm atmosphere and staff, very attentive customer service staff, room was very clean. The only thing I didn't like was that the room didn't have a Nespresso machine available like in other Hyatt Regency Hotels. If I wanted an espresso had to either purchase it at the hotel coffee place (which closed very early) or go out to get it at an high price.
Terrific Work Conference

I visited the Hyatt Regency Calgary for a work conference. It was excellent. The staff and rooms were great as was the food. I would recommend this venue, although some aspects were a little pricey.
