Fantastic resort. Nice accommodating staff. Good food, activities and nice rooms. Make sure to book the swim-up option! Certain restaurants can be hard to book and booking at midnight when it opens up can be an inconvenience. Try the sports bar!

The service here is the best yet! We have been to many resorts as a family and this service is by far the standout. Amazing!!! All the Luis’, Fernando, and every single staff member in the B-loved privilege eatery deserve a round of applause. They are so so great, all week they were attentive and recognized our faces, and our favourites on the menu. We really felt relaxed all week with the amazing staff.

The best part about this resort is the Beloved restaurant and especially Chef David. The quality of food and service by the wait staff especially Jennifer and Luis is exceptional. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner here are fresh, served quickly and in a relaxed calm and enjoyable atmosphere.

Very clean. Comfortable beds. The resort is completely self contained with the large buffet, specialty restaurants, and bars. There is an area with lots of shops which contain anything you might need, however they do sell at a premium price. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay very much and have talked about returning although next time she will bring her husband. He needs a wheelchair to get around and we found this resort to be accessible friendly.

Had a great time with my fiancée and friends. As privileged guests, the accommodations were fantastic and the service provided was spectacular. Personally, I enjoyed the karaoke and dancing the most, but I believe there’s something for everyone. Overall, the time spent here will definitely be memorable.
