Everything was wonderful. We were very happy to visit this hotel again. It is truly very comfortable and pleasant. Special thanks to the restaurant and its manager, Luis, for their care, attention, kindness, and energy.

Luis Jacinto General Manager of the buffet is amazing. He was in charge of our wedding a year ago 2025 he is the most kindest soul at this resort. Went above and beyond at our wedding. We traveled back to this resort for our one year anniversary and he welcomed us with open arms. He went above and beyond on this trip for our wedding dinner. Let me tell you this man deserves a raise! He is wonderful and we appreciate him so much. Gracias Luis!

We came here for a family vacation and unfortunately our experience was disappointing. The facilities themselves are decent and generally well maintained, but the overall service left a lot to be desired. Staff often seemed disengaged and it was difficult to get timely help when needed. The food was the biggest issue during our stay. Quality was consistently poor and options were limited. To make matters worse, I ended up getting what appears to be food poisoning during the trip, which obviously put a major damper on the vacation. We chose this resort hoping for a relaxing family getaway, but the combination of weak service and very poor food made the experience frustrating. With improvements to the food quality and customer service, this place could be much better.

Spa has a very relaxing atmosphere. Enjoyed the hydrotherapy. Had a facial massage combo was very relaxing. Liked it so much booked another day!
