We had a great time at this resort! I want to start off by giving credit to the best restaurant there, which people seem to pass over. Barcelona Origins (BO) Restaurant! Their food blew us away! We cancelled our last night reservation at a different restaurant to come back to this place. The manager, Opal, was so incredibly nice and good with our 19-month-old son. Our waiter, Ismael, was amazing too! Very attentive and helpful with the allergen information. You must try the pizza, and you must try the Cashew noodles. Everything we tried was good - the desserts, the green curry, the sweet potatoes, etc. You can't go wrong! Overall, we loved the resort. It was very family-friendly - lots of stuff to do for the kiddos at the kids club, kids' pool, and even little activities at night. Food was good - we didn't do the buffet much, but Beloved was great for breakfast and the quick lunch spots were good too. Crepes were yummy. Dinner restaurants didn't disappoint either! All the staff was very friendly, we had no issues there. Making reservations is kind of hit or miss, you have to wait until you check in and then some of them were only available at late times many days away. BUT you can go ask if they can squeeze you in and we had success with that if you don't mind waiting a bit. The resort does a great job for those with allergies and making sure you can avoid them. When we went to the buffet, the chef even came out and walked us around to show what items we could/couldn't have. Most their menus have the info right on them which is nice. One hotel note is there's only beer/soft drinks in the room, no hard alcohol. This was new to me at an all-inclusive so just worth mentioning so you aren't expecting it when you go. Most bars open at 11 - but really that's probably for the best. It can be hard to find chairs, but that's typical at all inclusives. We always ended up finding at least one spare chair when we went out at any time. They do a good job of keeping the beach clean even though the seaweed comes in every night. The beach sand is SO SOFT! I think their room services menu could be improved some - but with the other options available, that's not a huge deal. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun, intimate resort, especially with the kiddos!

I went with some friends from work for a day pass and we had a wonderful time, I went to the gym It was clean and had good exercise equipment, then we did the hydrotherapy It was sooo relaxing and feels so good after working out, then we start the day on the beach and pool, the bartenders and the stuff are great and so friendly, the food so good, and the buffet for breakfast there's a lot of options, and the coolest thing they have robots helping the stuff with some work in the restaurants, it's so cool. The entertainment team so fun, absolutely looking forward to come back.

Everything was great, customer service, room service, spa service Victor, and Paulina bartenders, our butlerJoshua and Nathley , Ceasar. Everyone gave excellent customer service.
