ETC is totally worth it. Our butlers, Nathaly & Joshua, made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel extra special.

Loving it. Leaving Saturday the 19th of September. Quality of service is exceptional. We are in the Privilege section. Suite is perfect. BUT, the only BIG BUT is the fact that the Sargass are not removed on the beautifull Beach. And they return in the ocean with the tide. We had read that they were removed. Some days their are not that much Sargass in the ocean. But the ones not removed go back in. Plus the smell is really bad. We had to walk to the Majestic where they do remove it, to swim in the ocean. I hope they will take care of that situation. Coming from Montreal, we really looked forward to be on the beach and swim in the carribean.

The staff is exceptional! The check in and out seamless, and the rooms are beautiful. The whole resort is just remarkable. The room service was less then expected for a 5 star resort. The spa was lovely.

An unforgettable experience from start to finish. ?We honestly had a brilliant time staying at the hotel. It is one of those places where everything just flows naturally and you feel completely at home right from the very first minute. ?If I had to highlight the best parts, it has to be the service and the food. The team is so warm and welcoming, always ready to help out without ever feeling overbearing. And dining there was an absolute treat; you could really tell how much care goes into every single dish. ?The rooms were exceptionally clean and the most comfortable you could ask for, making it a dream to unwind. Step outside, and you are greeted by a stunning crystal-clear blue beach that completely steals the show. ?We left with brilliant memories and are already looking forward to going back.
