?????????? Another Excellent Stay – Even Better Than Our First Visit This was our second time staying at Hilton Cancun, and once again it exceeded our expectations. Our first visit was in December 2023 with my parents and our family of three. This time we traveled as a larger group — 10 of us in total (7 adults and 3 kids), across three families — and the experience was just as smooth and enjoyable. Check-in was very accommodating, even with a large group, and the staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming from the start. The lobby coffee shop deserves a special mention — amazing coffee and surprisingly great pizzas, which became a daily stop for us. The Mexican restaurant was excellent, and the steakhouse was absolutely awesome — great quality and consistent service. One thing we truly appreciated was how much effort the hotel puts into keeping the beach clean. The staff worked constantly, using nets to manage seaweed well away from the sand, which made a big difference and showed real attention to guest experience. The staff across the entire resort were outstanding — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. There has been no decline in quality since 2023; if anything, the service and overall experience felt even better this time. For families, the kids’ club was fantastic. The teachers were kind, engaging, and professional, and our kids loved it. Room service was also perfect — timely, fresh, and reliable. Two small areas for improvement: • There wasn’t much nighttime live entertainment, which some guests — especially couples or groups — might miss in the evenings. • There was construction on one corner of the beach, and large vehicles occasionally had to commute during the day. While understandable, it was a bit distracting for families and couples walking along the beach. Overall, Hilton Cancun continues to deliver a high-quality, family-friendly experience, and we would absolutely return again. Highly recommended for both couples and families traveling together. Purely for the service from Guillermo at the lobby bar, the amazing hostess at Vela, and Nancy and the team by the pool bar. The staff are what makes this place.

Guillermo was amazing with his service at the bar and conversation with us night after night. All the staff here was so kind. Overall great experience. The food was delicious & and daily activities were a lot of fun. We will definitely be returning here on a future vacation.
