Ask for Jaqueline, Wendy and Adrian! Wendy is the best bartender around, drinks were a 10/10. Jaqueline our server was so hospitable & kind. Adrian truly cared for our experience here, food was fresh and delicious. They were all amazing, thank you so much for the best day!

Jaquelin and Rafael are literally the best!

Jaqueline and Rafael made my birthday so so so special! The service was 10/10, the food was delicious, the drinks was made with care and they brought out a cake for my birthday. The hookah was great as well

Had a wonderful stay at the beginning of Sept. Service, cleanliness, entertainment, food quality was all top notch. We were disappointed that the family pool and splash pad were closed during our stay (traveled with a 4 year old), but the kids club, entertainment and playground made up for it. Shout out to Miguel from e-concierge who had excellent communication and took great care of us before, during and after our stay. The kids club staff (Arge, Nath, Gris, Pau, Eli, Fany & Monce) gave our daughter a wonderful experience and we felt so comfortable leaving her in their care. She had the best time making crafts! The Once Upon a Dream show was the highlight of our trip. Our daughter had the best time watching this! Would recommend this resort and look forward to returning to get the full experience with the other water areas. Thanks for a great trip!

It was our Third time in Cancun and i would say , and it was very mixed feeling comments Pros : 1. Food and Beverage were good, all day,surprised to see a lot of options of Vegetarian food,we are ok with meat, but for those who dont it, looked helpful 2. Reservations was very easy and can be done through app 3. No Pushing in buying or selling for time share,which is great 4.Kids Club was very involved and did so many activities through out the day 5. The free Shuttel to the mall was big plus, but booking it was a tough task as seats are limited 6. Rooms were well stocked(minibar) and maintained well by housekeeping Cons : 1. With only 1 swimming pool, broken tiles on pool makes unsafe and The both Hot tub/jacuzzi were not working 2. location was very far away from main Resort area 3. Clearly needs works on
