We had a wonderful stay at the resort. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed all of our meals, love spending time at the pool, and appreciated the excellent service. We highly recommend this resort.

We had a really fun family trip to the Hilton Cancun All-Inclusive! It was great for our family of four and we would all love to come back. The best part was the Kids Club. My kids (6 and almost 4) loved going to the kids club everyday and doing their fun activities with the wonderful teachers (Arge, Nath,Gris, Pau, Eli, Fany, and Monce) and other kids. They did so many fun activities like making lizard keychains, bracelets, painting pottery, playing games, doing surprise crafts, decorating cupcakes, and the list goes on. This allowed mom and dad to have some much needed quiet time and drinks at the bar without kids. Most of the food was really great as well. So many choices for everyone! We loved grabbing coffees and donuts at the lobby coffee shop every morning. The buffets were usually pretty good. We loved that they had a smoothie bar and breakfast burritos made to order every morning. The ice cream shop was a favorite for all four of us! We also really enjoyed the steak house and the Italian restaurant. Delicious! The little food hut by the pool was great for lunch. They had delicious chicken burritos, burgers, and bacon wrapped hot dogs. My husband enjoyed going to the Asian restaurant by the pool for lunch and getting sushi. The shows at night were a lot of fun as well! The kids splash/slide area was a big hit for our kids. They would switch between playing there and swimming in the pool. It was nice to have the options. The exercise opportunities were endless and a lot of fun. They could definitely use some new pool chairs and should redo the bottom of the pool soon. And of course there was a lot of seaweed on the beach (not their fault) that smelled and made it hard to walk on the beach much. A big conference group came in on our last full day and pretty much took over the hotel. We felt like we left at the right time. But those are really my only complaints. We will definitely be back!

If had known there was work conferences on for my 2 week holiday i would have cancelled!! Why was i not informed? Totally ruined my holiday experience at the Hilton expected much more! Why was i not advised at booking there would be work conferences on?? But on a positive ALL STAFF work really hard they deserve a medal for all their hard work

Pros; staff are amazing cannot do enough for you. Food is lovely lots of choice,again staff do go out of their way for you. CONS: Are we on holiday or at a work place convention, first week a 5 day staff convention they took over the full hotel we feel like we are invading their space, we paid nearly £5000 uk pounds for this holiday to be made to feel out of place , can't get into buffet restaurant as its full of them,we get ushered to the itialian for breakfast and that was not equipped the same way buffet restaurant is. Second week another staff convention so so many people taking over the bar the restaurants and pool after their meetings. Had we have known this was the way it was going to be we would not have booked for this time.,no where does it say with Tui that this would be happening we should have been made aware. This has totally put me off coming here again. WIFI IS A JOKE! Trying to watch world cup and the TV freezes constantly a 5 start hotel should have first class WiFi. The main buffet restaurant closed for dinner 3 days a week this is a joke if you cant get booked in any where else your left with pizza or sandwiches and if you cant get that due to all the convention people you are left with nothing to eat! Although staff are good you have to tip every point in the holiday so any spending money you bring wil go on that. Do not buy from hotel shop it is so expensive. I looked at drink cart for a 2oz of 18 year old whisky price is $86 Wtf.

Hotel is great , staff are excellent cannot fault them from cleaners bar staff & resturant staff, but had i known there would be work conventions on while i was on holiday there!! I would not have booked 2 weeks!! As the work conventions took over eveything!! In the resturants/bars/pool!! At one point we where ushered to another resturant for the buffet due to it being busy with the work conventions......i just wish i was told what to expect before booking as i would not have booked!! My experience off the Hilton has not been great due to that, as drink service was slower due the work convention crowd..
