Good experience for families with kids. A lot of entertainment and good food. The best for my adult family was the beach club only for adults. Save us to the busy swimming pools full of kid

Hilton Cancun the service and concierge was the worst. Pool : Although the infinity pool and the view of the ocean was good. The pool has all these sharp edges and broken pool tiles that float under your feet and scrape and cut kids and your feet while trying to get into the pool or go out of the pool. The hot tub isn't really a hot tub, it is more like lukewarm water compared to the regular pool but definitely not a hot tub. Activities : there are limited shows and limited activities at this resort and they are not the greatest. I had visited resorts with much better and unique shows Service in general : There are so many employees but none of them actually come and greet or ask you if you need something and when you ask for help they make this face and walk away. I stayed at a different resort before when I was in cancun in 2018 and I had great service. This time with Hilton was not the greatest. My son had heat stroke and threw up in the hotel room and we requested them to clean the sheets and they didn't show up 4 hours and that too we had to call multiple times. Food &;service : Food itself was pretty good variety in the vela buffet but the other restaurants such as sunan and others were below average. The sunan asian cuisine is far from being asian and the only good place was la luce which is Italian food that had good food Service : the vela buffet the service was the worst, they would make us wait to be seated then no one shows up to serve water or drinks and we sometimes had to chase the waiter down for cup of water which is ridiculous. Even at the other restaurants it was the same . BDX/W2M travel company was even the worst , the agent helping us book for Trips at Hilton was so rude and untruthful. He wouldn't tell us until hidden charges such as additional charges for additional transportation until we paid the money Overall experience was okay.

My husband and I had the best time! The service everywhere was fantastic, really enjoyed the bartenders (especially Leslie, Luis, Angel, and David). Food was also great!

I had such an amazing stay here in Mexico—truly a 10/10 experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. You can tell they genuinely care about making your stay special. The property itself felt very safe, clean, and well-maintained, which made it easy to fully relax and enjoy the trip. The atmosphere was beautiful and peaceful, but still had a fun, lively vibe when you wanted it. Everything from the service to the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely come back and recommend this place to anyone looking for an stress-free, enjoyable getaway.

Great all inclusive resort! One of the best I have been to. Food was great and the restaurants was decent. Drinks were great. Service by the staff is 10/10. Raymende from the buffet restaurant was amazing 10/10. Highly recommend this resort
