BEST service ever received at a resort! Every employee made it their business to meet your every need! A special shout-out to Daniel, Jose & Reul (our butlers), Nancy, Yessica and so many more! The food at the Italian and Japanese restaurants were awesome!

OMG! Le Blanc Cancun is Pure Magic! ??? We just got back from Le Blanc Spa Resort Cancun and WOW — what an incredible experience! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The spa was an absolute dream. I had several treatments, including the chocolate wrap and aura massage — both heavenly! Be sure to ask for Nery — she is an amazing massage and facial specialist who made each session truly relaxing and rejuvenating. The service at Le Blanc is truly five-star. Huge shoutout to Monica and David for helping us with our reservations — they were so kind and professional. Our butler Joel and maid Susanna were also exceptional — attentive, thoughtful, and always making sure our room was spotless and comfortable. And what a view! Our room overlooked the ocean and was absolutely stunning. We especially appreciated the way the staff checked in on us throughout our stay. Every evening, Jorge came by to make sure our meals were perfect — and they were! Every lunch and dinner was delicious, and we felt truly taken care of. The grounds were pristine, beautifully maintained, and so peaceful — it felt like paradise. Every detail was carefully thought out to make our stay relaxing and luxurious. We had such a magical time and are already planning to return this winter! A heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone at Le Blanc for making our vacation unforgettable. ??

Great experience from the room to the spa. Some highlights: Yessica at the pool, Daniel and Jose at Blanc, Christian at Yama. Our butlers Raul and Brita we very accommodating.

We have been here a few times and each time it get's better. Kindness is the first word that comes to mind when looking back on our vacation escape. The entire staff was exceptional. Our concierge Jayro Martinez Torres greeted us with a smile when we arrived and ended every conversation with "my pleasure"! The restaurants were excellent. Amazing service and delicious food! We love this resort as the emphasis is on Spa. It's the entire experience of being pampered. A great place to recharge your batteries without the kids! We will be back again!

My wife & I had a week-long stay at LeBlanc Cancun Resort to celebrate our 35th Anniversary. The resort facilities and staff were exceptional. Our concierge, Alessandra was phenomenal & made sure we were always well taken care of. The wait staff of Tomas, Hector & Carlos were fantastic and provided outstanding service! Our butlers, Juan and Eder went out of their way to make our celebration very special for us. The Aura Spa is out of this world with excellent services that pamper you and it has a great hydrotherapy circuit. The resort is adults-only which makes it a great romantic getaway. Highly recommend!
