A wonderful resort experience from beginning to end

A wonderful resort experience from beginning to end. We recommend the Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres (MECM) as a high end all inclusive option. If you're seeking a beautifully maintained resort, excellent food, courteous and helpful staff, a wide selection of room options, great entertainment, spacious fully equipped gym and a stunning beach... this is place for you. We've stayed at a range of all inclusive resorts in Cancun over the years, and believe that this resort has it all. We look forward to returning to the MECM on future trips to Cancun.
Magnificent Majestic Elegance

Majestic Elegance is just that. Our stay with family and friends was fantastic. The resort is quite new , built in 2019. It is kind of off the beaten track in Costa Mujeres, that it is outside of Cancun on the far eastern coast along a beautiful, quiet, resort corridor. The resort consists of an adult club in a few buildings and family area. The sides blend well. We stayed in the adult club but used both adult and family pool areas. There are two plentiful and varied buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner along with a steak restaurant, Mexican and Italian. An adults only French Bistro and Japanese Kabuki restaurants require reservations at no extra charge. The food was excellent. There was an open grill at each buffet . You could request fresh grilled seafood, chicken or beef. One suggestion would be to have heat lamps above the breakfast foods such as pancakes or other foods to keep them warm, they were not hot. The beach is expansive and beautiful with shade palm umbrellas, lounges and shade huts. The resort has a very modern, clean look, huge lobby and staircase. Access to the rooms are through an open to outdoor corridor with garden and fountain features. Some of the rooms have swim up pools and ours had an outdoor jacuzzi on the patio. They have a bit of an unusual shower area. It is a wet room with sink and toilet and rain shower off to the side in the same room. Then there is a dressing room adjacent with double sink, soaking tub and plenty of room to dress. The rooms have full closets, safe and spacious area with sofa as well as king or other size beds. The rooms are very clean and serviced every day. We even had a "butler" who sprayed the room with aromatherapy each day. We give a Big THANK YOU to Aaron for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. We had an app to connect to Aaron for any needs as well as the itenery and location of activities each day. He also arranged reservations for the restaurants. All the staff was very nice ,always accommodating and friendly. Another wonderful bartender is Rodrigo at the piano bar. We had a few laughs about "donkey milk". The alcoholic drinks were top notch. The entertainment is the best at any all inclusive resort we have ever visited. Don't miss the Micheal Jackson show with a great dance troupe. The Mexican Fiesta, White night (bring something white to wear) with the acrobats and fire show were terrific. We especially enjoyed the Silent Party in which you wear headphones to listen and dance to three different DJs. also each night excellent and and danceable rock bands. Fun every night. It was a wonderful experience and would love to visit again!
