Wonderful birthday celebration!

We celebrated my birthday at this wonderful resort in April. Leonardo - our butler always checked in with us and made reservations for our dinners. At the Lobby Bar - Geovani was very friendly and accommodating. Our favorite restaurant was the French Bistro. The meals were all delicious and the staff top notch. Gabriel our waiter for the first night and Mateo our waiter for the second night provided excellent service. Joscelin the hostess and Eduardo - the manager made sure that all our needs were met and very professional. At the Mexican restaurant Alejandro - manager and Luis - waiter are quite a team. My birthday dinner was celebrated at this restaurant. Food was very delicious and they ensured that the drinks flowed freely and there was an abundance of fresh food. They also lent us special hats for the photos. Many thanks gentlemen!!! Arcangel @ Kabuki (Japanese Restaurant) was also very nice. As well as our housekeeper- Yesenia. We enjoyed our vacation and highly recommend this resort.

Second time at this hotel, and if the first was spectacular, this one far exceeded my previous visit, friendly staff, butler (Rubi) excellent, super efficient and professional, very affable and with a first class level of communication, the guys at the Piano Bar, Luis, Geovani, Abril, the Pianist Mr Mario ( What a great artist with an inexhaustible repertoire) all great, the attention in the restaurants, the variety of food despite being out of season, waitresses like Marijo and Liliana exceeded expectations, entertainment and animation at a higher level every day from morning to night. In the beach area the attention is excellent, the bar service, the umbrellas, the towels super efficient, Moises and Isai went above and beyond with their attention and promptness in the service, I highly recommend this hotel. My family and I already have our next visit scheduled for the summer of next year….. and we are going for more Go Majestic!!! ????????
