Mariana Mendoza, the Club Manager and our assigned handsome butler Andres made this trip to celebrate my bf's momentous 50th bday the most memorable one! They both went out of their way to ensure that a small bump that happened was rectified and that we were satisfied and happy the rest of the trip. This hotel is very lucky to have both of them! We even got a surprise memento - a special personalized letter with a very touching gift (turtle figurine and a basket of fresh fruits). Mariana really went overboard just to make sure we were both happy and continued to check on us and even made special arrangements by securing the swim up room on our last night that we were requesting from day one. She defines what a manager is and an asset to this hotel. Andres on the otherhand kept on checking on us to verify if we have any questions or concerns and was very accommodating throughout our stay. As for the restaurants, they're all good but the best one was the Bistro that offers a unique fine dining experience. Special thanks to Mateo and Jose who both gave us excellent service. These two really made this dining experience an unforgettable one. Mateo thank you for sharing your story with us and good luck to you my man! Youre a great guy! Mario the pianist even played our theme song from Arthur's theme, "The best that you can do is fall in love." Chef hilario even greeted us who made the most delicious duck confit. Their beef fillet was to die for! Thanks also to Liz and Raul their managers who even greeted us and asked how are we doing. The second best restaurant for us was the italian restaurant which serves the best breakfast. We received amazing service from marisol, amanda and Tomas who both obviously very happy on what they do especially tomas. FERDIE from Mar restaurant was a busier of joy like an energizer bunny! He looks so happy and very pleasant to talk to. Thank you ferdie for your great recommendation to order the best lobster! I have to mention a special guy we met the allergy mgr SEBASTIAN!!! Sebastian made me a customized clam pasta and octopus which were amazingly good. He was so friendly and took time to share stories with us. We will miss you. Good luck to you and your bf amiga! Everywhere we go... he's there like our shadow. Lucky us!!!; As for the entertainers they're great most especially the wrestling match which should be renamed to " Comedy Stand Up wrestling match." This is hilarious and my jaw was hurting after the show! All the shows were great as well. I have to special mention Mayra from guest services who helped me convince mgt to allow me to play their beautiful grand piano and even printed some of my music sheets. Thanks mayra. Thanks also to Eric who received the call when we had a situation who was very patient with me and handled the issue like a champ. I wish i can remember all the names but thanks also to housekeeping for cleaning the rooms 2 or sometimes 3 x a day which perplexed me up to me at to why ... oh well it's all about cleanliness. Thank you thank you thank you for making Mike's 50th bday an unforgettable one. We will cherish all the great memories we had and see you guys very soon. Love Mike and Jon

Jackie was awesome! The woman that does the kids club activities was amazing!! The entertainment was great!! We had our wedding there and everything was perfect the staff is great everything was clean. We really enjoyed our stay hopefully would love to come back one day.
