Everything about this resort was amazing! All of the staff members were so friendly and always smiling and greeting you whenever you pass them! Our room had hot tub on the patio and over looked some of the many pools at the resort! We had a butler his name was Veudy! He was sooo helpful and extremely nice! He checking in each day with us and sent us the schedule of events happening so we didn't miss a thing! Everyday had different shows or events happening! There is plenty to eat also with several restaurants which were never to busy! And also buffet style or late night fast food! This place truly is amazing and I will be back

The staff is amazing. Hard working and so helpful. My whole family had so much fun. Kids club was great for the kids. All the activities are fun. Eduardo and Joshept were amazing. The hotel is very clean, our room was so clean. Oliver was awesome with the poolside activities.

Josepht and Eduardo by the pool were awesome! they were super friendly and were the life the party. definitely a great resort to visit! food was great, the resort is clean, and the staff was so friendly. the servers are constantly checking up m on you and make sure you have everything you need!

We would have given this resort less stars if it were not for the fabulous ladies in kids place and the amazing beach. Allondra and Estrella were excellent with our children, full of enthusiasm, care and a fun spirit. Not sure how they did but they found us on day one and remembered our kids names when they saw us at the beach the next day. We never planned to use kids place but our kids begged to hang with them. There is probably no other beach as amazing as this one. As echoed in other reviews the service is not on par with a 5 star resort. When we arrived in our room we didn't have towels or pillow cases on our room, we called and asked and they said they would be right up. Two hours later at 9pm they called and asked if we really need pillow cases. Why would we ask for pillow cases if we didn't need them? Same goes for refill service in our room, if we didn't ask for water every day we would not get it. If you go to this resort you should ask not to be in room 6101 ( or 6001, 6201 or 6301) all are right next to the only smoking area in the hotel and face the construction site. We couldn't enjoy our outdoor jacuzzi or bed because it smells like cigarettes the whole time. Definitely do not recommend this hotel and will never go back.

Estrella y Diana las mejores??they braided my hair even though it was really for the little girls! They’re so sweet. La playa está súper clear! The resort overall was beautiful and everyone here is so nice and welcoming. I would 100% recommend coming for any occasion??????
