During my five-day stay with my wife, I was consistently impressed by the exceptional amenities and service provided by the hotel. The spacious and clean rooms, along with the well-maintained pool area, contributed to a great stay. The hotel’s prime location further enhanced our stay. The food was very good, especially the breakfast options. The staff’s helpfulness and were truly commendable. I cannot recall any areas that could be improved upon. Without hesitation, I intend to return to this hotel in the future. The 15usd per hour late check option really helped make the last day as good as possible. I will return for sure.

I cannot recommend this place enough! The staff was absolutely incredible and made us feel so welcomed starting with the amazing Rames and Kevin! Even though we got there before check in we got to enjoy the bar with Antonio where he made us drinks that rocked our worlds. The bar tenders throughout our stay were phenomenal! Enrique (kekei), Fernando, Felipe, Jose, Gerry were all fantastic and a highlight of the trip was getting to see them everyday! We also got to be served on the beach by the wonderful Charlie and Carlos! All the food was so delicious I can’t even describe it! What was even better was our amazing servers Edgardo, Pablo, and Crispin! You will never be bored during your stay with Rambo and all the activities he has in store along with the other activities staff who remembered us by name each day! We didn’t even want to leave the resort for an excursion because the service and food was so fantastic! If you want a rich experience in a beautiful, unique place then I would highly highly recommend!

Easy check in. Modern updated rooms. Affordable. Great service - especially by Roberto around the pool. Views are phenomenal. Good choices with the buffet and two specialty restaurants, along with the pool grill and a snack shop. The Almar restaurant went above and beyond for us on a special birthday celebration.

Me and my partner stayed at Oleo Cancun Playa for 8 days / 7 nights. And oh boy, it was all worth it. There are 5 eateries on resort, Hakka has stood out the most for us. The team Estaban, Marcelino, Crispin, Ofepa (Sushi chef) sorry if we botched spelling. All the staff were fantastic with customer service, hard-working, friendly, and most importantly great at their craft of cooking. The Asian cuisines that they produced (Vietnamese roll, pad Thai, sushi, ramen, Korean style cooking) we're all exquisite with their iterations and robust flavors that Mexico offers. Their eye to detail with customer service and cooking. Made our experience so wonderful, and my birthday will be memorable because the staff at Hakka Thank you!

I arrived here for my three year anniversary and was overwhelmed with the quality of every moment and how amazing each and every staff member was, being greeted by Marco and introduced to all aspects of the hotel helped so much yet the entertainment from the DJ and the treatment of all staff members deserves so much recognition.
