We stayed at Oleo for our honeymoon and, unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. To begin with, the contact numbers provided were outdated, which meant we were unable to communicate any special requests prior to arrival. While the room was spacious, it lacked cleanliness. Even after housekeeping, the floors remained visibly dirty. The bathroom was particularly disappointing, with heavy limescale buildup on the taps and showerhead, giving the impression of poor maintenance. The food was the most serious issue during our stay. It was largely inedible, and I suffered from food poisoning for most of the trip, which significantly affected what was meant to be a special occasion. Service throughout the hotel was mediocre. On several occasions at the bar, we were ignored, and staff walked away without serving us, even after we had tipped. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was extremely unreliable, and the television frequently disconnected, making both unusable at times. We also requested a late checkout due to a late-night flight. This was asked several days in advance and followed up multiple times on the morning of departure. Despite this, the request was denied. Instead, we were offered continued use of our wristbands to access food throughout the day, food that had already made me ill. Overall, this was far below the standard expected for a honeymoon stay, and we would not recommend this hotel.

Had a super chill experience with a friend here! Celebrated with cake and sushi at Hakka with Crispin and David! Would def recommend.

I had a blast at this resort! Captain David Marcelino and crispin, lordes,sharias, Charlie,’max alonzo! Everyone was awesome! Definitely 10 out of 10!

Lovely hotel, lovely room on 9th floor overlooking lagoon and sea, paid a bit extra for this room. The staff are very attentive, especially Francisco in the buffet restaurant. The only let down for me was the nightly entertainment, in 10 days a great band played on a Wednesday night and another night a female singer. When checking out please note your wristband is cut off at 12 noon and you have to pay an extra $11 for another wristband to use restaurant and bar. Gorgeous restaurant opposite hotel called Navios on the lagoon with crocodile ??, small supermarket too, buses right outside into main town, just put your hand out and they will stop.
