Worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. There is an Asian themed restaurant at the hotel which seems great, unless you don't like being served glass in your food. I was given a Tikka Masala which contained large pieces of glass in it which I only found after chewing and nearly swallowing on it. I reported this to reception who told me to email their manager but the email they gave me was for the company that stopped operating this hotel months ago, so I've since been emailing their generic 'help' email which all I've been getting is 'we're looking into it'. This has now been going on for 3 weeks. Basically, they've tried fobbing me off with a none existent email address and are now hoping I lose interest and drop the case. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

Francisco at the pool provided excellent service. Phillips made amazing drinks. They are very courteous and helpful! I love them??

The hotel looks nothing like the pictures ! Not worth the 300 dollar a night price . Everything looks like it needs fixing . Swimming pools are so nasty ! Very little options for food! Tried to go to the buffet at 10:00 pm and they said it was closed and no room service . When on the website or says the buffet is open until 11:45pm . Couldn’t sleep all night due to it being on a busy road , you can hear everything! Looks very rundown

My partner and I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this establishment due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff. While they maintained a superficial level of politeness, their underlying hostility and animosity were highly evident. Additionally, my partner experienced treatment that felt racially biased and discriminatory. The staff also engaged in workplace gossip and spread rumors, creating an incredibly uncomfortable environment. I highly advise against patronizing this business.
