We arrived late as our flight was delayed but seeing the reception at night was lovely. We were offered an arrival drink while we checked in. Our room was on the sixth floor and beach facing. Would have loved a balcony but they were not on the tower we were in. There are three and we were in tower two. The room was spacious and clean. The fridge was full and it was great that everything in there was included. Breakfast was great every morning with a brilliant selection. Every evening was a different theme for dinner. Felix was always so friendly and welcomed us with a smile every day we seen him. We tried the Japanese restaurant which was lovely. The Mediterranean restaurant was better for us, but that was just personal preference. We had lunch at the pool bar restaurant. The tempura fish tacos were delicious. In the lobby there is a coffee shop which also had sandwiches and cakes and a self serve ice cream machine. The beach is lovely and we loved Charlie who was always on hand to keep us refreshed with drinks from the bar. There is a shop for essentials and also a desk for excursions which was great. We had pre booked but is handy if you don’t have anything booked. Across the toad there is a shop for all the snacks you need. All in all we had a great week at Oleo

Enjoy our stay.Check in was good .Room ok ,food was average.Where this hotel shines is the pool ,beach and staff .All inclusive package is good with branded spirits and good cocktails available but the lager is very poor

If you’re looking for a quieter, more laid-back resort without constant daytime activities, this place is perfect. The atmosphere is very chill and relaxing, and the smaller size of the resort makes it feel much less crowded and more peaceful compared to larger resorts. There are three restaurant options including the buffet. The Italian and Japanese restaurants were both fantastic, and the buffet was consistently reliable with good variety throughout the stay. The staff really made the experience even better. Room service was excellent, and the bartenders were amazing especially Antonio, Felipe, Fernando, and Miguel. They constantly were making jokes, and would have drinks and shots ready for us before we even finished our last drink, some days we would pull up as a group and ask for 2 shots and get poured 8 it was amazing. By the 3rd day they all knew us by name.

Great resort also, the sushi restaurant was the best Marcelo and his crew are great people and love coming here I wish it was in New York
