My partner and I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this establishment due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff. While they maintained a superficial level of politeness, their underlying hostility and animosity were highly evident. Additionally, my partner experienced treatment that felt racially biased and discriminatory. The staff also engaged in workplace gossip and spread rumors, creating an incredibly uncomfortable environment. I highly advise against patronizing this business.

I love this resort. One of the employees Francisco was so nice, very friendly, and helpful.

Enrique was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked up to the bar, he was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He has such a great sense of humor and was always joking around, which made the atmosphere so much more fun. Despite staying busy, he was quick with every drink and never sacrificed quality or kindness. He truly went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Enrique’s outstanding service made our trip even better, and I can honestly say he made my experience a 10/10. If you’re at this resort, definitely stop by and see him—you won’t be disappointed!
