Everything about this hotel was a dream! Especially the member perks and the food! The infinity pool was the die for!!

My Son 40 th Birthday celebration made his week exceptionally memorable for the entire family. My first time visiting beyond my expectations. I was in a dream vacation.

First visit to Mexico for my wife and me and the Secrets the Vine Cancun was a great hotel in every way .. first class service food and hospitality we had the preferred package which was great had Sandra and Rachel our concierge team give us assistance and help when ever we needed it .. never to much trouble for them Hotel Modern and great Ambiance restaurants food was first class and the staff great Will definitely stay there again Jeff N

First visited The Vine in 2016. At that time it was truly a 5-star experience, so we were excited to return for the last 3 nights of our holiday. We were disappointed to find that the place has deteriorated. The pool areas look shabby and unloved, with the same parasols (now tattered) that were there 8 years ago. The preferred club pool is a far cry from the images on their website. The first 6 nights of our trip were spent in Secrets Akumal which is pristine and luxurious, so this was a massive step down. We upgraded to preferred club, and while the room was nice (despite a leaky toilet) the other amenities weren’t overly special. The lounge is like an airport lounge, drab and not a place you want to stay for any time. We had a good dining experience at Nebbiolo. Good was great and so was the ambience. We had a very poor experience at Olio, where the service was very slow and the surroundings could do with some TLC. Overall, the place needs investment and upkeep. They clearly didn’t spend on maintenance during the pandemic and it shows. Unfortunate as this place was once my favourite hotel. This time, I was happy to leave.

Secrets The Vine is a great place to go to relax as it is a calmer atmosphere compared to other resorts. The service was very good and overall the resort was very clean and well kept. The food at all the restaurants was very good and there was no shortage of top shelf booze if you upgrade to the Preferred Club. There is no swim up bar in any of the pools but maybe that is a good thing haha. Would stay here again in the future.
