Prefect Stay !

Such a relaxing stay! The food was top-notch, the service was amazing ??. The coffee shop and desserts were too good! If you are looking for a relaxing stay with amazing food, this is it! The rooms were clean and big, and the views were everything. I don't have anything negative to say it was a prefect stay! We loved the entertainment it was beautiful and on point.

It was a very nice experience. The staff and the resort were all above expectations . The restaurants and ambiance were above par. I would recommend this hotel and amenities to my family and friends. Also the beach and strip the hotel was on was very exciting and safe.

We really loved our stay here. Service was great, pool service and cocktails were great too. Lots of food options, and entertainment was great too. An amazing start to our year! Right on the beach which was great for watching the sunrise. No complaints from us!

Room was not ready on time. Telephone, room safe and computer interface were all broken. Food quality was very very bad. Staff was friendly enough but our entire experience was horrible. Cancun is a fun area to visit regardless. We would never return to secrets the vine.
