Wonderful week at this outstanding all-inclusive resort! Customer service is next level….staff super friendly and engaging…. Restaurants are visually appealing and the food was consistently excellent in presentation as well as taste! The experience was a 10 on a 10!!! Bruce (our concierge on floor 27) is a superlative ambassador — extremely professional and treated us like royalty! My favorite barista was Antonio — he prepared exquisite drinks for us throughout the week! We will seriously consider coming back soon!

Absolutely loved this hotel. The staff couldn't be more friendly. Our room was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of choices and was always nice no matter what time you went to the restaurant at. Lunch buffet wasn't very nice, everything tasted as though it have been out for hours however the grill at the pool was better. Dinner a la carte was incredible, great choice of restaurants and food was amazing. The dinner queue system was flawless, the best and fairest way I've ever seen. If you go to the restaurant when there are no tables you are put in a queue and notified on the app when the table is ready, if you don't go within 10 minutes it goes to the next person. No booking in advance. I wish more hotels would adopt this system. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff are friendly and rooms are very nice. Buffet for lunch was inedible just awful food. The pizza was more like a biscuit, baked potatoes not cooked properly. Cocktails not good. The pool area is very tired and dirty. No loungers available and no staff to help. Broken tiles, broken loungers. Vaping at the pool in front of staff when it is not allowed. This is a three star hotel at best.

Pros: super friendly staff, food is good but not overly exceptional, drinks are good and a good selection, pool vibe is good but you need to get up early to save chairs (no big deal), spa experience was good Cons: pool is slightly too cold, windy at times, steakhouse could have better steaks and a better wine list but house wine is ok, Sea Salt and Olio menus could be better.

We just got back from The Vine and it was absolutely amazing! The staff were super friendly and accommodating. We are vegan and we were so so happy with the vegan food. We especially loved our dinner at the market cafe where the manager Jorge went out of his way to make sure we had a gourmet meal. Everything was really fantastic. Very chill vibes but also fun and friendly. We met some really nice couples and had an overall wonderful time. The room was beautiful and clean. I can’t say enough good things about this place! Would absolutely go back!
