My wife and I recently went here for our anniversary and I couldn't be more happy with the overall experience. It's a beautiful hotel, amazing, friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us. The food choices and different cocktails were great. Having a variety of restaurants to choose from meant you were always treated to something new. I would, I will go back here again in tne future. You can get to other parts of the island easy enough if you fancy going out n about. Beds were so comfy, you can even select what type of pillow you want. ?????

Secrets the Vine met all of our expectations. I highly recommend you upgrade to the preferred. We were treated like luxury. We will be coming back, hopefully sooner than later!

Well where do I start to discribe this hotel it's was utterly phenomenal From the moment that we arrived and where greeted with acold flannel and a glass of champagne the warm.welcome and the utter brilliance of the lobby was a very nice welcome. The hotel room was huge and we where greeted by a honeymoon banner on the door and a bottle of champagne in the room. The three pools where huge and surrounded by 3 bars with the most wonderful helpful bar staff. The entertainment team where outstanding so kind and friendly diago who was charming funny and a joy to talk to he always made sure he found me and my husband to join in the activities rebecca who always beat me at poker but was the Coolest only lady of the team and she rocked it Alex who even got me to do water aerobics and Rohilio who always won the poker but was always energetic kind and Knowledgeable of the Mexican history he taught me how to make Mexican dream catcher on my last day something he did just for me and I'm very grratful thank you guys for keeping us happy amd entertained for 2 weeks. Yhe beach is just diwn the stairs and we saw turtles around 4 seorate nigjts The food was out of this world all the resturants where amazing and just to name some people who deserve to be acknowledged Israel in the itallian you are by far the best waiter in the hotel your kindness and charm really show through there is a reason we requested you every time we visited and you should be recognised the food you recommended to us was so delicious my chef husband was in good geven also Herman from the blue water grill you where so lovely nothing was to much trouble again a fabulous member of the team also the man who works the bar in panio room best long island ice tea by far! I really can not praise or recommend this hotel enough clean freindly close to amenities and the local bus of your like us and want to explore and we will be going back next year thank you for giving us the best honeymoon we could have only dreamt of

We had a blast!!! A time was had! The service and overall experience was Amazing! We would definitely come back and have highly recommended to all of our family and friends.

Very well-maintained very clean staff was all extremely friendly lots of options for dining lots of different entertainment service by the pool exceptional we were constantly being checked to make sure we had everything we needed. The ability to walk from the pool straight down to the beach was very nice. We love that there was someone there at all times to make sure no one got on site that didn’t have a room. There was an area to enter the hotel so we felt very safe. The dreams were great. The food was really good. We will definitely be making another trip back in the future. My only complaint is that the concierge downstairs didn’t follow through with a customer service complaint of mine.
