The vacation I needed!

Amazing staff, accomodations! 7 couples all together and we ALL love the experience at moon palace and Cozumel. Clean rooms, housekeeping does a great job! Love the turn down service. Great food! Julio at Flamingos- top notch! Fun to talk to and took very good care of us at dinner. Jarod by the pool amazing service and created us every day! Charlie entertainment staff great! All entertainment staff - Moses, Roger and Charlie entertained all the time. Volleyball was a hoot with them 3. Charlie jackson, keep dancing my friend! Martha and her hugs are the best! Loved seeing her smiling face every morning at breakfast and started the day off with the best hugs! Honestly, everyone we came in contact with was amazing and friendly. You can't keep but smile walking through the resort! We will be back!

We have stayed at Cozumel Palace several times over the years, but this was our first visit after the remodeling. David, who we first met as a pool concierge, is now a Diamond Concierge. He is doing a great job. It was also good to see Nina, albeit briefly. Emmanuel is now the pool concierge and could have been more accommodating. We also were pampered by Perla, who it was nice to see. The highlight of the visit was the warm smile and generous hug from Martha. Although we love the Cozumel Palace, and the new decor; it remains the people, who make this experience.
