We had a team supporting us for our dinner service. It was quite nice to see how well everyone worked together to make it a memorable evening.

Another incredible stay! From Martha's hugs and welcoming smile at breakfest to Jairo serving us at the pool making sure that anything we needed was available to us. Lastly Alan...who has been absolutely incredible making this resort feel like home and the people here like family.

We received a recommendation to go here for a day trip while staying at Playacar palace! What an awesome experience!! It’s only a 20 min walk from the ferry and it was through a part of town which made it a fun walk. Once we arrived, we met Emmanuel at the pool and he took care of us the rest of our day! My cousin even got to experience snorkeling for the first time thanks to the crew at the activity desk! We would definitely plan to come again especially to take advantage of the scuba lessons! Great time!

Stayed at the Cozumel Palace for a week and was met with the most caring and lovely staff. We flew directly to the airport on the island and were able to take the ferry from Cozumel to Playa Car via ferry. The hotel is centrally located so it made the day trip super accessible. The atmosphere is definitely more laid back than the other palace resorts given its proximity to the ocean. My mom and I were definitely on island time! The entertainment each night was great! I especially loved the variety show. As for the restaurants on the property, they were all great but the one to stand out for me was Bugabillas. Huge shout out to Carmita and Carmen for the excellent service. They made my mom and I feel at home with their outstanding hospitality. I also really enjoyed the water activities at the pool and gym training sessions with Luis. Highly recommend getting scuba certified if you’re thinking about it! Really gorgeous reefs I got to visit Highly recommend this palace resort!

My wife and I decided we wanted to go diving in Cozumel and stay at an All-Inclusive hotel. I looked through many reviews as we hadn’t been to Cozumel to dive for many years. Many resorts were rated good but with the caveat that the food was not really that good. I came across Cozumel Palace and the food reviews were good but it was a bit more pricey than other hotels. It was my wife’s birthday so we decided to splurge. I’m very glad we did. This is a case most definitely that you get what you pay for. First class hotel and dining. Several specialty restaurants that are very good. I want to specifically mention Momo, which is an Asian fusion restaurant. Top notch food, including their specialty drink of the day. Service is awesome there as well. I want to give Efrain a special mention as he did a fabulous job. Highly recommend.
