I cannot say enough good things about Cozumel Palace. The best part...the people! The food, pool, water, and food were excellent, but the service and the people we exceptional. Specifically, there are a few people that stood out to us. First, Lourdes in the spa did several of my massages and they were all excellent. If you go, ask for her! Jairo in the pool service area was attentive and we never had to wait for our drinks. He anticipated our every need. Ivan and Karina in the Mexican restaurant were friendly and went over and beyond helping us, especially with food recommendations and ensuring our every need was met. In the breakfast and lunch buffet, Silvia remembered our names every day and make us feel welcome. Also, Rocio was a great server and made great drinks for lunch in the buffet restaurant. Jesus was an unbelievable server at Momo and gave great food and beverage suggestions. Everything he recommended was delicious. We did the wine tasting, which I HIGHLY recommend. Joel was knowledgeable and friendly and I plan to do this again on our next trip. Alexander assisted him in serving our food during the tasting and did an excellent job. Lastly, the entertainment staff helped make our trip fun and exciting. Especially Moises. He went out of his way to talk to us, get to know us, and ensure we were having a great time. If you are looking for an all-inclusive in Cozumel, the Palace Resort is the place to go.

This is by far my favorite all inclusive. We have stayed here multiple times. The rooms are elegant and comfortable. Staff is super friendly and helpful. There are plenty of restaurants to eat at. Food is delicious. They stock the fridge with drinks and your room has snacks. Room service is 24/7. The palace is top notch. We love the entertainment staff. Charlie Jackson is the best! We also love the dive shop (aqua safari). Walter with aqua safari is a true gem. Amazing dive guide and such a great person in general. The playacar palace is a ferry ride over to the mainland and you can eat and hang out for free there too! We will never stay anywhere other than the palace when in Cozumel.

We came to Cozumel Palace on our honeymoon. We stayed for two weeks and absolutely loved it! The staff is the friendliest and most helpful hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is fantastic. The staff at Bugumbilias and Momo gave us signed cards at the end of our stay thanking us for coming and inviting us to come back soon. The entertainment staff keep things fun and pool volleyball with Charlie was hilarious and fun. We both got PADI Open Water Diver certified at the resort’s dive shop, Aqua Safari. Andrea, our instructor, was phenomenal and very patient. Patience was definitely needed as I had zero experience swimming in the ocean. To wrap it all up, everything about this resort is amazing! The staff are friendly and want to give you the best stay possible. 100/100 would recommend!

We took a girls trip to Cozumel and stayed at Cozumel Palace. The resort could not have better staff. From Jose in public relations, to Ivan one of the restaurant managers, and every single person in between. They are there to be sure you have the best time. Rooms were comfortable, clean, and they stopped by each night with chocolates and also to be sure if you needed ice, towels, or anything else. The restaurants were delish and the buffet staff never let a glass go dry. We had such a great time!!

Crappy service all around. This is our third visit to this resort and I’m a member, used to love it, but the front desk and most services were terrible. Couple highlights from some staff and the restaurant and great dive shop staff (Sarah-dive shop). Other than that, we will not be back to this place.
