Beautiful location over looking the ocean. The atmosphere is relaxing, but there are plenty of sites and experiences on the island for you if you like. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable, all with ocean views and stocked refrigerators. Food quality is excellent and plentiful. There are never ending drinks whether you like varieties of coffee, soda, wine or bars drinks. Room service is 24/7, always delivered quickly with friendly service. Even though it's a family resort, the noise level was low even near the pool. Every staff member goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable.

Enjoyed the entire experience! Great staff, great guests, and great food! We love Victoria at Momo! Emmanuel and Perla were fantastic at the pool! And Martha was fantastic for our morning start! Mildred did great with our agenda and Alex with our questions. Pool volleyball games, gym, activities, spa treatments, diving, snorkeling, and a coffee shop. A great place to get away and relax.

Our waitress Carmita was the best we have had ever at a palace resort. The whole staff was warming and wonderful. We are booking a week here very soon again.

First off I’d like to say that I’ve come to this resort several times and it only gets better and better than the entertainment staff with Charlie Moises, Ozzie, and all the girls. It’s been a fantastic experience all around Ivan and the restaurant and everybody that works with him is amazing ! Everything is clean and pristine. The staff is incredible and will come back here every single time. We have so many friends over the years, which keeps us coming back year after year. It’s a hidden hotspot.

I had the pleasure of booking multiple spa services—facials and massages—during my stay at the Cozumel Palace Resort using spa credits, and my very first experience was with Argelia. From the moment we started, I knew I was in expert hands. She delivered an incredible Swedish massage and a deeply effective deep tissue massage—an impressive skill set that made each session exactly what my body needed. Her facials were equally outstanding, leaving my skin refreshed and glowing. I was so impressed that I specifically requested her for all my remaining treatments that week. Argelia is absolutely fantastic, professional, and attentive, and her talent truly stands out. If you get the chance to book a service with her, don’t hesitate—you won’t regret it!
