I’ve stayed here multiple times for work. It’s always a great stay. The staff are nice and there’s always someone to help or direct you to suggestions of where to go whether at the resort or throughout the island. It’s a very spacious resort with private beach, a family pool and adult serenity pool. 3 restaurants a great breakfast buffet and the rooms are very spacious, clean, most have a balcony and meets the Marriott standard.

Our 3rd stay on a row at this extreme beautiful hotel makes our life so very happy here. Thanks also to Romy Krijger’s very professional hospitality. We had a miscommunication regarding the room we’ve booked, no problem is too big for and we’ve got a better room, at the perfect location. She knows how you never ever will lose customers but how to keep them om board till the end of times ??????. Employees as Romy will always make the difference in any business????!

Very Friendly Staff, Great deep tissue massage from Liana. Our bartender/ server Jaymy was amazing! His attention to detail was appreciated. The resort has a great layout and of course the weather was fantastic!!! Our only complaint would be the huge amount of rocks and coral when you enter the ocean for a swim. Those 5-6 steps were rough! Has a blast!!

We used trip advisor to book the excursion from the cruise ship. The instructions emailed seemed to be clear. They are it seem the transports were aware of ship time versus local time and had what seemed like clear directions on when and where to meet the hotel transport. They did not. They used arrival times not gangway open times and despite the error we arrived at the meetup location only a few minutes late, the transport left with no one from the ship. We had to contact the hotel and they eventually sent a taxi. Secondly- their staff although friendly worked like most islands…at island speed. Checkin took over 15 minutes, drinks took a long time to get and food even longer. The facility was nice, very nice pool and beach.

Although we had planned to see the island, other than a quick trip to the famous floating bridge we enjoyed the resort so much we just stayed here. Special thanks to Ryan at the desk, Jayme our always smiling bar tender at the Salty Iguana, and our lovely housekeeper Meliriyane for their exceptional hospitality! Our three families enjoyed bouncing between snorkeling in the great bay with lots of fish, to hanging at the cabana pool side. Dinners were great eating in 4 different places including one night on the sand. Even painted rocks and a canvas poolside. Running trail Oceanside almost all the way into town (Cruise Ship terminal).
