Normally, I’m not the type of person to leave a review, but because the service was so great, I had to. From the moment we checked in, we received a warm and genuinely friendly welcome from Ronald. He helped us with our luggage and continued to assist us throughout our stay, offering great recommendations and helping with taxis when needed, thank you, we truly appreciated it! Check-in was smooth and pleasant, thanks to Lakeisha, who answered all our questions with patience and a smile. The entire front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and we had an excellent experience with Jayden during check-out. The Salty Iguana was a great spot to relax, grab a drink, and enjoy a meal. Joshua provided excellent service and made our time there even more enjoyable. Overall, the service was outstanding, our stay was very pleasant, both relaxing and fun.

When we checked in Bryan did welcome us with champagne and help us with our luggage, we appreciate. Check in was a little slow because too many people in line, but Divinne did a wonderful job making it easy for us. The restaurants where clean the food was ok and the staff where friendly. Ronald did a wonderful job explaining about the activities on the island and always have a taxi ready for us. We will for sure come back!

Beautiful resort! Really enjoyed my stay with my family. The rooms were clean and there was a lot to do. It was nice to have the beach so close and had a super tranquil environment. Jaymy and Gimo at the bar were super friendly and had great service.

Really good service at the outside bar near the beach at night with these nice guys and gals. Fun time with Jayay, josh, Lyn and Melanie. Keep smiling and good vibes my friends. I will definitely be back for the 120% service. It's see you later for now.
