This is definitely one of the nicest resorts on the island in terms of location, facilities, and beachfront. The asian fusion restaurant is good. The breakfast buffet is sufficient but not particularly tasty after a couple days. Salty Iguana leaves much to be desired. Some items are pre-made like the quesadillas. Seems like the fruit smoothies don’t use any fruit…. I would give the service 2 stars. The housekeeping was great, everything else was not. The front desk is not accommodating. For example, we couldn’t get a late checkout for just 2 hours even though our room wasn’t ready on time. Marriot Bonvoy status doesn’t matter with them either. The wait staff across the resort is extremely slow. You have to hunt down the wait staff to get a menu, order, and get your check. Grabbing a salad at the lounge becomes an hour+ long affair. The marketplace will take 10 minutes to buy a water bottle. We traveled during the high season, so it may have been particularly busy or understaff. But the service was slow even when the restaurants were not busy.

This place is heaven on earth. Everything was amazing from the rooms, to the restaurants and even the excursions outside of the resort! Jaymy and Josh at Salty Iguana are the best bartenders you can ask for!

Beautiful place, lovely swimming pool, good restaurants, and a wonderful beach. The entertainment is also great for the kids, and the staff are very friendly!

This is a beautiful resort. A wonderful serenity pool for adults. Lots of other pools for kids. Three great places to eat. And most importantly, a wonderful staff, especially Graceny who got us the best room! And Romy at the front desk who did a great job making sure everything worked out perfectly. The breakfast buffet is especially wonderful.

Nice beach, great for swimming and reef right off the beach for snorkeling. Terrific staff, Karsten, Jaymy, and the Salty Iguana team makes the best drinks. Lots of live music so much fun.
