I had the opportunity to stay by Renaissance Wind Creek Curacao Resort for 28 days. I must say while I have stayed at several all-inclusive resorts in Jamaica, this hotel experience is by far the best and most memorable. What made the experience most memorable is the staff and the food! The food was on point and consistently good all day everyday! Coodles to the chefs! Re the staff, didn't get all the names, but MUST SHOUT OUT: Jake (Bellman) - Real, authentic, warm and genuinely doing his best to ensure customers are good. Was always nice being greeted by him going in and out of hotel each day. Deidre - Amazing front desk supervisor. I was totally amazed and equally surprised that when I went to check-in, she was able to call me by name. Throughout my stay, whenever I passed by lobby and she was working, she would always greet me with a warm smile and ask if I was okay. Thank you soo much Deidre! Martesano - The boss himself. You are naturally excellent at what you do. RESTAURANT STAFF - Ya'll made me genuinely look forward to having my meals there because of your kindness, warmth and love. Rooms were clean, service was okay. No real beach onsite and chairs were limited at the pool/man-made beach. The restaurant is okay but the resort is a walking distance from the Fort which has better restaurants. Definitely a great location if you want to walk downtown. Car rental is a must to explore the beautiful beaches of Curacao. Parking is free at the resort.

Service was fantastic. From our arrival to our departure, we were welcomed and attended to. Location was great. A Short walk to the pontoon bridge, downtown and Petermaii. Even shorter walk to the restaurants and shops of Otra Banda. Parking was free in the garage, and we used the car only to travel to beaches. The infinity ocean pool was refreshing and there was a lot of shade. Sleep Quality was good. Only problem was with replacing the feather pillows with foam. The foam pillows were too firm and so I went back to feather. Which perhaps were encased ? - because they didn't bother me in the least - and I am usually quite sensitive. We'd especially like to thank Ashanty who checked us in and made sure we received an upgraded room due to our Titanium Elite status. She remembered us by name and made sure our checkout went as smoothly as check in. Mary Loe at breakfast was a delight and kept us topped off on hot beverages. Housekeeping did an amazing job. Angelique kept us in towels and amenities. Turn down service occurred nightly.

We went to the Infinity Beach Club at the Renaissance in Curacao using a day pass as we were on a cruise stop. The walk is about a 5 minute one and an AWESOME CHOICE for a day pass. We checked in at the lobby. We then went up to the pool area on the second floor where we were greeted by a gentlemen who offered pool tables and explained what was included in the day pass. The area is absolutely spectacular. The beach area was awesome. It was nice to be able to lounge in water and not be worried about being swept out to see. I had never been in an infinity pool and it was amazing. There is also a fresh water pool. There are plenty of chairs and palapas which were included in the cost of the day pass. This was a welcome sight as we were traveling with a baby and we got to keep her out of the sun and she was able to get a nice nap. We ordered the frozen daquiris which were the best I had ever had. We ordered lunch. We had great service and an absolutely spectacular day. I recommend a day pass here when stopping here with your cruise ship.

I had a pleasant week at this hotel, buffet variety was wonderful, at the restaurant I was attended by Jorge, Martina, Isabel and Lemj during the week and they treat me as a VIP. It was a really nice experience, the room was very nice, with ocean front view.
