My time at the bar was great! Lucien the bartender is amazing. They came to my room on 4th of July accusing me and my girlfriend of smoking in the room. Otherwise I had a great stay!!!!

The room was clean. The views were great out on the balcony and at the pool area. housekeeping brought us an extra blanket for the fold out couch right away. We had a great stay and hope to come back.

The Breezes restaurant staff are the best part of the hotel. Friendly and welcoming, everyone Jeanine, Sahily, Server ( from Hatia) were all such lovely people. Thank you for the birthday wishes and ice-cream! Pancakes are the best!! Order them!

Wendy at the front desk is absolutely amazing and truly saved me in ways she doesn’t even know. I went to another hotel and within the hour knew I couldn’t stay there and immediately came here, where I was greeted with genuine kindness. Without a doubt I’ll be staying here EVERY TIME, I come to Fort Lauderdale. I really hope management sees this and recognizes what a STAR employee Wendy is and that she is appreciated. Wendy, keep being that ray of sunshine for all you come in contact with, we need more of you in the world!!!

Coming from Oregon, our trip already had its ups and downs. When we got to the hotel all me and my husband wanted to do was relax. We got antsy and decided to go check out the beach, and oh, am I glad I did. We were immediately approached by Jonathan and he helped get us set up under an umbrella. He made sure we were taken care of the entire afternoon!
