He was professional, courteous, and genuinely thankful from the moment I checked out. His positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond made our stay truly enjoyable. Mr. Q handled every request with efficiency, patience, and kindness, making me feel valued as a guest. His dedication to providing outstanding service reflects very highly on the hotel. Supervisor Q and Front Desk Ruth were both incredibly nice and accommodating during check-in. They made the process smooth, welcoming, and stress-free from the moment I arrived. Their friendly attitude and willingness to help were truly appreciated, and they made a great first impression. Thank you both for the excellent customer service!

Stayed here night of July 4th with my family. Diamond member. Was told the room was an upgrade - maybe because it was on a higher floor? Overall - fairly old hotel. I later learned they are planning to knock the hotel down and build luxury waterfront condos. Owners have clearly stopped making updates and repairs. When I mentioned issues to desk staff, the response was “we’re due for a complete demolition soon.” Pros: great location on the A1A Beachfront Avenue, and the food at the pool tasted great, good portions, and reasonably priced for a tourist hotel. Pool / bar staff was also friendly and attentive. Cons: Where do I start? Room was filthy. Old food and crumbs left in dresser, carpet was disgusting - toenails, pieces of trash - had to request room to be cleaned again. Hotel was full due to holiday, so not much we could do (they did offer extra drink tickets as a consolation). Bathtub did not drain well - showers had to be quick. Also, ceiling above bathtub leaked from the bathroom above us - imagine Chinese water torture sounds when the guests above us showered and the rapid drips echoed from falling into our tub. Elevators pretty slow, so always crowded. Several other minor annoyances (toilet seat won’t stay up) - but the dirty room really set the tone. Would not stay here again, but my guess is that it’ll be torn down within 6-12 months.

We had another amazing stay at Bahia Mar! The hotel is beautiful, and the service is always exceptional. A heartfelt thank you to Ruth, Sue, and Wendy for their kindness and outstanding hospitality—they truly made us feel at home. A very special thank you to Yaneth at the restaurant. She always takes such wonderful care of us with her warm smile and exceptional service. She is one of the reasons we love coming back. Highly recommend Bahia Mar, and we can’t wait to return!
