Ashley is the best hostess ever. She is very knowledgeable and has phenomenal customer service. She did everything in her power to ensure that my family had a pleasant stay and it is much appreciated. She is by far the best hostess ever. Kudos to you, Ashley!

What an amazing 1st time at the Bahia Mar. Such good hospitality and felt like a VIP. I had an amazing ambassador, Coco who made me feel welcomed and considering staying at another property. Can't wait to learn more
Memorable Vacation

My wife had a birthday on our vacation and Lisa at the front desk went out of her way to help me find a place to buy flowers and another staff member let me borrow a vase. They even wrote a nice happy birthday wish for her. The staff made her birthday experience very memorable and our trip was exceptional. Thank you Lisa and staff at Bahia Mar Fort Lauderdale for a wonderful experience.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize one of your employees, Ruth, for providing truly exceptional customer service during my recent check-in experience. I travel weekly for work as an electrical engineer, and as a Diamond member, I spend a significant amount of time in hotels all across the country. Because of that, I’ve had more hospitality experiences than I can count both good and bad…so I do not take encounters like this lightly. Outstanding service stands out to me immediately, and Ruth absolutely delivered top-tier professionalism. From the moment I arrived, she was polite, welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly. She made the check-in process smooth and enjoyable while maintaining a level of hospitality that honestly deserves recognition. In today’s world, great customer service can sometimes feel rare, but Ruth reminded me what true hospitality is supposed to look like. Side note* : I love how your property have customer of the day. I honestly don’t know if she was secretly trained by the Chick-fil-A customer service team or not, but her professionalism and attitude were definitely on that level. She represented your property extremely well and created an experience that left a lasting impression. Please make sure this recognition reaches both Ruth and her leadership team. Employees like her are a major reason guests continue choosing a hotel brand and remain loyal members. Experiences like this are truly appreciated. Hotel was clean and the price was well worth it! Staff were excellent, and thank you to Tsiu and Lisa at the front desk; and the restaurant and bar staff - you made the stay even better! Access to the beach was perfect, lively shops and dining within walking distance, and great little perks for your resort fee makes this a hotel I would gladly rebook. Would have given 5 stars but our room smelled a little like mildew, that was the only negative.
