Crappy hotel

Crappy hotel and rude manager. The front desk changed payment for the stay at the hotel from the company’s business card to my personal card without telling me and told us there was nothing they could do and that the employees didn’t do anything wrong. I will not be going back to this hotel.

Bahia Mar is an awesome old school property. Staff was very helpful. Melissa was also very helpful booking future stays at a discount. I hope this property stays around for a while. Beaches very accessible Good crowd Nice bar area Access to yacht club Beach towels Beach chairs Bike rental available Private pool with its own bar

Ronnie was great ! So kind & helpful keeping us entertained at the pool. Signed us all up with an absolute breeze and thoroughly enjoyed his positive energy!! This man deserves a raise, and perhaps a hat, it’s hot out here! Made our monday. Love it

Ronnie Owens was wonderful at tending to my friends and I. he was a very outgoing and friendly guy and signed us all up for Hilton honors packages. I think Ronnie deserves a raise as he is one of your best employees around. Ronnie is the man!!!!!!

Ronnie met us at the pool while we were here and was great. Told us everything we needed to know about the Hilton points. He actually helped me plan another trip and informed me on lots of helpful information for future trips. If you talk to anyone at this location, talk to Ronnie!
