Jermaine was terrific. When you think customer service, he’s your man! Thank you for making our stay that much more enjoyable. Q and Ronnie from the front desk were great to work with as well. They helped correct an issue we had and appreciate their effort to turn things around. We will be back next year!

Our reserved room was messed up but Manager Q tried to rectify it on a busy weekend and Bellman Jermaine was over the top nice and helpful

Had a great pre-cruise experience. The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. Ashley at the front desk was super helpful in getting us situated for our checkout and printing our luggage tags for the cruise. Brian and Jose over at the roof top pool bar were amazing and gave us a great relaxing day by the pool. I recommend this place if you need some relaxation with the family.

Check in the a breeze with Ruth who explained all the amenities with a smile. Although the lobby was a bit crowded she never seemed overwhelmed. The baristas to the right of the lobby made a fantastic cappuccino and at the bar we enjoyed the rum punches. Hotel was very clean and a close walk to the beach.

I reserved a Marina View room and this was a mistake. My check out is sunday The room does not even have a marina view. The room is updated, old building. It is very disappointing. The hotel should indicate this is old building so the customer would understand what is getting. No mention.
