Going to rate this in the middle. Would not stay here again. Con’s: Beach / pool set up Not my favorite. Have to walk over a bridge and it’s not that convenient compared to the Maren right next door. Salespeople are too patty. Let me breathe please. $37 fee charged for “convenience of beach chairs / towels” even if you can’t access the beach due to construction. That’s ridic. $60 For valet parking. Self parking $55. Big choice there. I’ll give the Pro’s too: pool bar staff - Omar the bartender are great. Most kudos go to Assi Mgr Ronnie Owens for being attentive and helpful. Even if the rest of this hotel Is not so much.

Check in was simple and Adius was patient and professional.

I had a great time on the beach as Jake the attendant took care of me all week!! He was supper attentive and gave us great customer service. I highly recommend staying at this hotel everyone is super friendly I will definitely be back

I had such a wonderful experience at the Bahia Mar Hilton! From the moment I arrived, the hospitality truly stood out. Jermaine (bell man) greeted me right away, helped with my luggage, and kindly held onto it while I checked in. Even though my room wasn’t ready yet, he didn’t just leave it at that—he personally checked on its status and went above and beyond by coordinating with housekeeping and the front desk to keep me updated. While I waited, several staff members (Sue, Ashley and Larinda) came by to check on me and even offered delicious cookies, drinks ect …which made the wait so much more enjoyable. That level of attentiveness really made a difference. When I finally got to my room, it was absolutely beautiful, with comfortable beds and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We’re having an amazing time so far, and it’s all thanks to the incredible Bahia Mar Hilton staff and their willingness to go above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Jermaine was terrific. When you think customer service, he’s your man! Thank you for making our stay that much more enjoyable. Q and Ronnie from the front desk were great to work with as well. They helped correct an issue we had and appreciate their effort to turn things around. We will be back next year!
