Elijah and Alex from the valet service were the only things good about my stay here. They were wonderful and very attentive. The front desk did not answer the phone EVER. Room service didn’t answer the phone either. No one opted to help with luggage or anything else EXCEPT the valet. The hotel is clean but there isn’t anything special about it. God bless the valet staff!

TRASH HOTEL. NO WORKING SHOWERS OR TOILETS!

This hotel is an absolute disgrace. We arrived to a toilet that didn’t work and couldn’t shower for two full days. Basic hygiene. At a Hilton. Unacceptable doesn’t even begin to cover it. The rooms are outdated and clearly neglected. Nothing about this property reflects what you’re paying for. The customer service was the worst I have ever experienced at any hotel, anywhere. The front desk did not answer calls. Did not respond to messages in any timely manner. We were completely ignored while dealing with a room that had no functioning plumbing. There is no excuse for this. None. If you are considering staying here, don’t. This was the single worst hotel stay of my life and I will never return.

Hotel needs complete renovation

Old tired hotel that needs a complete renovation. I was surprised at the lack of maintenance of this property especially since it’s a Hilton brand. Staying there one night prior to a cruise is fine but not more than that.
