Still a good time, definitely showing its age, definitely needs a deep clean on the carpets in the hallways and the room

All in all, a good stay. This was our fifth time at this resort since it was built. It is definitely showing its age, it needs to be shut down and deep cleaned. The room carpets are disgusting. They’re full of stains, thank heavens I brought slippers because that is what I walked around in the entire time. Otherwise the room was clean. I don’t like that they did away with the wristband to unlock the door, They need to bring back the wristband. Carrying around a key card is very inconvenient. Or better yet, change the door locks to accept Bluetooth and be able to use your phone. Hilton does that. Beach chairs : this policy of 9 AM is ridiculous. If you can get your daily pool/beach wristband and towels at 8:00an then why can’t you “open” the beach at 8:00am? I could have sworn last year it was 8 AM. They need to play more Jimmy Buffett after all, it is Margaritaville. My biggest issue is the cleanliness of the carpets. I understand rooms get used and abused but there comes a time, where even if it’s just one by one, you need to not sell the room and deep clean the carpet. Carpet is a very poor choice for a beach hotel/resort. The places that we normally stay at are all tile. Will we return? Yes. I will be booking as soon as the booking engine opens up our dates. All in all we do like the resort very much.

The hotel is beautiful , clean and has great amenities . We stayed a suite ocean view . The room was clean and beautiful . The food was good . We ate at margarita ville restaurant and JWB. The pools were nice and clean . I mostly use the adult pool and I had the pleasure to enjoy the most delicious drinks that Rama made for us. Thank you to Carmen at Margarita ville restaurant for helping us choose our meals - suggestions are always welcome . Thank you to Leonardo at JWB for having great costumer service . A smile goes a long way . The beach is also nice and the complementary chairs were a plus . Overall this hotel is beautiful and a great location in Hollywood , FL .
